We did a ONETRIP food tour in HCMC in March and it was THE BEST! Our guides were so lovely, and we ate SO MUCH FOOD. Hot tip: DO NOT EAT LUNCH before you do these food tours. You will not fit all your dinner in! The best food we had in Vietnam, 5 stars.

I just found your channel this afternoon and love it! Great job, Besty. I think there is a level 4 in riding a motorbike, which is sitting on one side like you did at 0:28. Back when I was younger, it used to be very common for the ladies to do that while they were wearing dresses. I guess people usually just take cabs now so you don't see them sitting like that as often.
I had that disk almost every afternoon for three months straight during my last trip. it's one of my favorite deserts!

We kinda have something similar like that in the Philippines, its called "Ginataang Bilo-bilo". Ours is also made up of coconut milk, sticky rice balls, banana,but then we add jack-fruit, sweet potatoes, and tapioca balls. You should try it when you go back to the Philippines. :)

You should try Chè trôi nước bột báng... which substitute the banana, for a white ball with mung bean paste inside..
