    Lady please, that's glass etching. You actually need Ferric Chloride for copper and other metals.

    I'm confused, how is glass etching cream suppose to etch metal? Maybe I missed another video that explains how this is suppose to work

      No. It's not at all. To etch stainless steel, she should've used ferric chloride.

    You can't use glass etching cream on metal. It isn't SUPPOSED to work.

    You didn’t use the proper etching cream for stainless steel I’ve used dollar stores before you cannot use glass Etching cream

      Yes, for sure. I did this video as some crafters have been told that it can be done on these types of bottles. As my video clearly shows, it cannot be done.

      @@stormlover1962 i think you would have to sand it first rought up the surface you wish to etch. at least been my go with aluminum

      I did this to show others who had told me that some crafters had been mentioning in craft groups that they've used etching cream on these types of bottles. It was merely a request. Thanks for your input Ziya.
