You got yourself a few bargains there nice video thanks for sharing.
Cheers Deano, not done a toy fair vid before but have been to sooooooo many
Thanks for sharing. Stay safe.
Thanks for viewing!
I love "window shopping" at toy shows. Quite a lot of nice bits for good prices there, and you obviously found some good bargains for yourself. You also touched on another bit that the 3D printing explosion will help- those nice models, stock, toy sets, etc. which normally seem worthless because of a missing part, one can now print the missing part and make it hole again. Cool video!
Thanks Anthony, glad you liked it, I don't want to tread on Well chuffed's toes, but hopefully I have a different slant, so may do some more bargain hunts.
Some Good prices and bargains
To be honest, fairs and swap meets are the cheapest source of 2nd hand rolling stock, the only problem is the travel cost and limited choices, compared to the online auction houses
Hello Timber. Interesting video. I like going to toy and collectors fairs as well. Unfortunately I haven't been able to go to one for quite some time now. But I do intend to go to another one as soon as I can. Looks like you got a few bargains there as well. Regards, Mark.
Thanks, yes happy with my haul!
Hiya…… I love the Port Sunlight Toy Fair but couldn’t make it this time because of other commitments. Maybe next time.
Hope you are well..
Regards….. Steve 👍
That's a shame Steve, would have great to catch up, but maybe the next show.
Hi Bud, just subscribed to the channel as thought the videos were really good. I heard you say that your only 20 mins from Port Sunlight as i am about the same myself from there. I watched carefully to see if i could see myself there but not at the taime you were. Keep up the great vids. Ken
Thanks Ken. I am in Wrexham. Counter subbed, you have a great layout, get some more running video's done. I go to Sunlight fairly often, so next time may wear my TimberSurf badge lol
@@TimberSurf Yes i keep meaning to do some new videos as that layout i tore up a few months back and have started another now. If i see you at Port Sunlight i will give you a tap on the shoulder if thats ok. Cheers Ken.
Nice show Timber and some good bargains methinks, thanks for sharing 👌😎🥓 ps Timber do you do 3d 1/72 pilots hope you don’t mind me asking
Thanks, scale3d.co.uk do just two pilots
@@TimberSurf many thanks 😊
One of these days you'll bump into Rick and Pauline and I'll bet they don't pixilate your face lol.
Wrong! I have met them many times! They have been in my video's, but they kindly don't show me in theirs! To be honest, they said they would be there, but if they did attend, I must have missed them, as I arrived after lunch!
@@TimberSurf Hi Tim, glad you had all the fun of the fair. We couldn't make it as we were at the Pontefract MRE as our friends were exhibiting. We are planning our version of ITVs "The Masked Singer" would you be up for it? 😂😂
@Well Chuffed Railways I have many skills, but singing is not one of them!😜
@@TimberSurf That's really funny, glad you're a good sport...Andy.
@@hotdogpilot6319 I have an exceptional vocal range, as wide as a piano! Unfortunately, I can only hit 7 of the 8 notes in each one!
