I finally used my mold and clay. Yes, it took me back to the days we had arts and crafts in school.

The vase is spectacular. You have a good eye for shading and I love all the different colors that add dimension to the piece.

I have never used baking soda. I will say that Salt Wash is definitely more of a powdery material compared to baking g soda. Wish I could be of more help, but Salt Wash gives the absolute texture each and every time. Thanks for watching be sure to subscribe

So good to watch someone else use her fingers to put the glue on.....What kind of paint are you using?
I usually use Dixie Belle or Mud Paint. I retail a bunch of great chalk paint brands
What brand of paint do you use?
Wise Owl
Dixie Belle, Wise Owl, Mud Paint & DIY Paint I use them all together they play well all together
