Active Self Protection Extra, Live Fire Challenge Jan 2022

This go around we are running a drill from our friends over at ‪@ActiveSelfProtection‬ or ‪@ASPextra‬ to be exact . They recently started a live fire drill of the month to augment their dryfire training group on Facebook. First go around is a quick 10 round transition drill shot at 3 yards with some time constraints to benchmark your performance. Had a few struggles on a couple runs but once we ran the drill as designed we did pretty well. If you haven't yet. You should check out the ASP extra channel. Great great resource to help you improve as a self defender. Also want to shout out to our friends at ‪@TheCompleteCombatant‬ for allowing us to do some personal training on their beautiful range in the mountains of Ga. Great great time with great folks!
