Today I test out some cheap price electric scooters! these are the NIU KQi3 Pro and NIU KQi2 e-scooters. Really nice for the price! - Auta a dopravní prostředky

For the record, I bought the Go-Ped ESR750EX when it first came out. They even sent me a Go-Ped tee, personally signed by Steve himself, with a little personal message added.
My boyfriend and I just got back from our camping trip and we make a specialty stop at Best Buy in Gainesville, FL and we bought two of the NIU KQi2 scooters and we were having a ball zipping and zooming around our campground lol they’re solid as far as quality but I do like the KQi3 model lol but Best Buy didn’t have those. Definitely worth purchasing for our camping trips for sure!!
Niu have Electric Motor Scooter not sure you can bring into US.

I had gotten the KQi2. Well built and fun. Got error code after taking it for a few rides. Don't know if because of being in a hot car. My segway G30LP did fine. No error codes.

Yeah I found a way to quick fix it for now but mines an 03 so throttle and I found where it was having problems I’m woundering if I can even just take off the throttle clean and check it good then try it and see if that even works than get a new one but can’t hurt anyway I guess to have a spare. I ignored this error for a while and eventually 06 also showed up but not since I did that fix.
Do you have any hills or parking decks around there to test climb speed?
I live in Atlanta & even tho it’s no Boulder there’s a lot of hills here. A huge decision factor for me is how well an electric bike or scooter can handle a hill. Would love to see that kinda test if it’s possible.

I’ve had the pro for a yr and I can say .. it’s great .. till it’s not !! Out the box needed adjustment but after worked smoothed .. 3 months later brake problems .. 6 months 03 error . Sitting in closet ever since !
So probably don't go with this company ? Would you suggest Segway?

I can finally watch your videos in 4k after grinding to finally be able to afford a new phone again. Also bought a tadpole trike to do a velomobile out of kinda like your commute pod. Hope I can ride it out that way and let you check it out
Seems nice enough for quick trips close by. The best one you tested is 799 and the other is like 599 so not too bad.
Pay more and get a solar scooter. Even the cheaper ones do 30mph
The Niu reminds me of the Boosted rev scooter with the shape and the style of the deck.
The i3 looks super chunky, Like it's not meant for porting around much. The i2 looks a lot easier to toss in a trunk, although I'm sure they both can be it just feels like the i3 is less so. Although the I3 and only 200 bucks more it seems like a sweet deal for a much more solid looking machine.
For sure. The i3 is nice! And easy to slap in a truck still.
The KQI3 Max is even better
i really hope that soon some e scooter company starts to make e scooters that sound nice. so far i think dualtrons sound the nicest but i don't really like that they use square wave controllers cus it reduces the life span of the motor.

Very nice scooter to have only issues I had with it where after about 5 month my Bluetooth would5 connect and I had to learn how to replace a flat tire if you gonna but this o e invest I. Some tire spoons and some sort of lube.

Need to review the KQI MAX.
The range figures are always a little misleading. The higher top speed of the pro means you’ll need more battery to go the same distance, you’ll just get there a lot faster. If you traveld at 17mph on the pro then yes you would get more range than the kqi2 but when you go max power and acceleration to won’t get much more range
Not a fan of the scooter reviews. But I'll watch to support and wait patiently for the electric builds.

Strange you got under 20 miles on the KQi3. I can get 25 miles easily on my KQi3 Pro with some steep hill climbs at Dana Point
