Praise him with the sounding of the trumpet, praise him with the harp and lyre, praise him with timbrel and dancing, praise him with the strings and pipe, praise him with the clash of cymbals, praise him with resounding cymbals...Let everything that has breath praise the LORD. Praise the LORD !
Christian electronic has been out there for over 20 years but not accepted in the 80s or 90s as now........now we have so many great producers ....keep supporting
Maybe, but the feeling and aim, the DJ had, while making this music is different. It´s to praise the lord and I think, you can feel it speak to you in the music. And I know some regular trance music making me feel bad or I even get a headache, cause the intention of the DJ was bad. Hope that explains a bit.
Electronic music is simply pre-loaded rhythms -OF- all the instruments you mentioned, plus more, if you wanted to get more technical. I agree the title of a song, album or artist/group doesn't make something Christian though. But as far as I know, this music IS aimed for Christians.
I totally respect that answer but I don't believe it to be the only way. Only for a couple reasons. The true music you make is in your heart, and your mind. Worship is considered anything that praises God. Whether it be a little tune you hum, or if you're actually MAKING music. It is not limited to a specific genre or platform, if you will. What of people who can't make music or hear it? They may never know what that particular form of worship, does that mean any other form is not as legit?
What I do know from MANY witnesses of heaven, there is no electronic music playing in heaven. You can see music and it is all brass, strings, singing, etc. that you physically make sound from with your hands; I kind of like electronic music but refrain from listening to it for this reason
the name of a song does not make it Christian, it's the lyrics in it; and Psalm 150 says to use stringed/wind/cymbal instruments; electronic music is not any of that

You can record the sounds of those instruments, and add them to an electronic track. I personally like real intruments being included them. Makes even more unqiue.
