¼ Tsp Turmeric Powder
1 Cup Water
3 Tbsp Sugar

2 Pinch of Hing
Paste of 3 Green chili, ½ inch Garlic
1 Tbsp Cooking Oil
1 Eno Sachet
✅️ For Tadka
2 Tbsp Cooking Oil
½ Tsp Mustard seeds (small)
A pinch of hing
1 Tsp Salt
2 Tbsp Sugar
1 Lemon juice
½ Cup Water
5- 6 Green Chili Chopped
✅️ For Garnishing
Coriander leaves Chopped
