- Building Iconic Ford Model T | Revell Model kit step by step
A piece of humanity history build step to step. This iconic model kit car was the first industrialised car. The Model T Roadster model kit by @revell is the most challenging model I’ve ever built.
Hope you enjoy it like I did building it!

Very Impressive 5 ⭐️’s
Thanks 🙏🏽
elle est superbe !!!
Merci
Very nice looking.
Thanks 🙏🏽
Amazing paint job..
Thanks sir 😀
What a beautyfull car
Pure icon 🥰
I'm not sure I'd have the patience to apply those stripe decals to the wheel spokes. You did an outstanding job on this build!
Yeap a bit of patience is required :D Many thanks for commenting!
Beautiful piece
Indeed!
stupidly tearing up as I watch this. I'm trying so damn hard to get my Ford T to look that good. but I have no chance. Secretly enjoying that Henry Ford said : customers can have their Ford T in any color, as long as that color is black :) .. loved it.
Valuable quotes you leave here sir 😎
Very well done. the painting of the engine is really next level.
Thanks mate!!!
Just discovered you channel and subscribed. Looking forward to seeing more of your videos.
Awesome! Thank you!
I have this kit, but there were no build videos for it.. Thanks for uploading one!
Happy to be first! Hope you find it useful.
Just found your channel by chance. Cute little car that you built, will binge watch your other videos these days haha. Cheers!
This is great, but not as great as your content in your channel sir, you combine pretty well 2 of the thinks I like the most: model kits + stop motion. You're an ARTIST 👏👏 Proud you comment here 🥰 and subscribed to your channel
@@PabloModelkits Thank you so much for hour kind words! You also like stop motion? I will definitely buy and buiild this Model T because it is so cool and not to mention a piece of history! Cheers!
You Sir are an artist!
Great work. Wow!
Thanks ☺️
Beautiful job!!!
Thx 😊
Hi Pablo, the technique you use on black parts to give them the silver look how does that work??
Hi! All metallic parts that you want really to stand out should be painted first with gloss black undercoating, this helps highlighting all metallic colours.
What brand is the gunmetal that you use with the dry brush? Also where would I get something like your dry pot and what dry brushes do you use? I've never done dry brushing but would like to start doing myself on my models to give them more detail.
Hi Beck! I use Vallejo acrylic paint, very good brand, and Artis Opus dry brushes. If you buy Artis dry brushes pack you will get dry pot, but you can easily build your own dry pot using sponge to remove the paint excesses. Thanks for asking and Merry Christmas 🎅🏼
thank you for you reply! i had another qeastion i see you used ak ultra gloss and wanted to buy it ive not used any gloss before, its a bit pricey but wondered do you need to use alot or does it last a long time? thanks
Excellent looking model Pablo. But one thing I did notice...I saw a bit of glue fogging on the front windshield. Do you not use the non-fogging glue for clear parts?
Yes, you’re right, I just messed up that, in the bright side, each model kit is a learning lesson, now I have clear glue to avoid that happening. Thanks for feedback 🥰
Amazing! Turned out lovely! By the way, which gold paint did you use for the radiator?
Thanks! I used Vallejo - Old Gold Ref. 70.878 but other golds of Vallejo, AK or Tamiya will work fine too 🫶🏽
@@PabloModelkits thanks!)
What is the pencil who’s stick to te glass parts???
Its a wax pencil, it’s really helpful when you’re about manage small parts. Probably a candle wax works the same 💁🏾♂️
@@PabloModelkits thanks👍🏻😁
Fantastic build! This is probably a stupid question/s - but do you know if ICM 1:24 figures will fit in this model? Do Revell do their own driver figures?
Thanks 😊 I checked some 1/24 ICM figures and looks like should fit well. I don’t know if Revell does miniatures.
Very nicely done!
Looks sharp!
How did you create the wood finish on the interior?
Great video my friend!
Thanks SolarReturn! I made wood finish by combination of 3 browns. 1st dark for base colour. 2nd medium for big randomly spots. 3rd clear brown for small random spots. Finish it with varnish layer and thats it 🙂
@@PabloModelkitsVery cool! Thanks for the information my friend! Take care!
I guess you talk about clear parts in front lights (minute 8:46) I use a wax pen to place small parts 👌
What year is this Ford Model T automobile, please?
What other colours had Ford painted this make and model?
Is from 1913. It was produced just in blue color ☺️
@@PabloModelkits , thank you twice: for the information, and for your prompt response.
@@DavidRLentz thank you for comment bro!
thank you for both your ❤️ acknowledgements.
@@DavidRLentz 1913 Ford was in light yellow, mid red, blue, and emerald green. With gold striping.
They are the same kit! I just got the Revell one and noticed it said ICM on the sprues and made in Ukraine on the box.
Thanks Boab!
Cleaning the plastic is an absolute waste of time...kits do not need this anymore..
I saw this recommendation in some tutorial, theoretically kits include a protection layer that prevent paint to stick well, but all are theories, I don't clean most of the kits and paint sticks well, so you might be right 😁
