Zohair bhai, I would like to share a few suggestions as I work on my bike as well, brake pads change and general stuff. So I have 2 suggestions in fact 1) I could see the initial bolt was too tight, using so much force can ruin the bolt head. You can use WD-40, which would lubricate the threads and removing the bolt would have been easier. 2) The pin which holds the pads in place is also the pivot for them, about which they move, so ensuring that the pads pin is clean is very important. They tend to rust sometimes which is bad. Use a 600 grit sandpaper and a little bit of oil to sand the surface of the pin and then use some good quality grease. Also the small pin set which is inside the calliper holds the pads in place in the form of springs, to reduce pad chatter or vibrations. Use WD-40 to clean the inside of the calliper and the spring, and again you can use a little bit of grease. Less is more, as excessive grease can leak onto the pad surface.
hey where did you get the oil filter for er6n? they (kawasaki service) don't counter sale spares in mumbai. can you tell where can I get the oil filter for 650?
Vijay kumar the bike gives around 17-18 in the city and 20-22 around the highway atleast for my 2016 Kawasaki ER6N...but it mostly depends on your riding coz the bike has enough torque in the low and mid range so you don't need to ride it hard.
you didn't clean anything!! you pushed a dirty piston back into the housing which will get brake dust and grease inside your fluid and worse ruin the piston seal when it is pushed back out. please don't make a how to video when you skip very important steps, especially when dealing with something as important as brakes.
