Treacherous travel woes continued across the midwest on Wednesday as an overnight round of freezing rain and drizzle turned Interstate 90 into an ice rink. Multiple heavy recovery operations were underway to pull semis from the steep embankment on the side of I-90. One semi appeared to have slid into a large metal interstate sign before coming to rest. Other motorists had to leave their cars buried in the snow after sliding off of an interstate exit near Box Elder, SD.

Most trucking companies put through a really crappy course...they need to have a training course similar the police...how to navigate during wet/slick pavement...most of them only backing,and how not to take out the ⛽
