Hey Michelle! You might know about this already - but you should look into pelvic floor exercises specifically for preparing for pregnancy! I was listening to a podcast recently about it, and apparently it can make a world of difference in birth and recovery! Just a thought after you mentioned focusing on your health ☺️ Also - it’s so lovely watching you go through all of these exciting and new transitions! Very happy for you 🧡
My husband and I just moved into our first rental home in February and welcomed our baby boy in April! You have SO many exciting things coming your way❤️❤️
It's not too late to wash/preserve your wedding dress! My sister waited 10 years and I waited around 2. You can do it through David's bridal for around $100 😊
i used to get a ton of acne on my cheeks like that too, it’s so frustrating! I found that it is related to your gut health and now I have been going to a natural minded doctor. She has helped me so much and my skin is now basically clear! i would highly recommend looking into that side of things! 💗
I’ve been dealing with acne all my life and nothing has helped besides watching what I eat and taking supplements. I do my best to not consume dairy and highly processed foods. The supplements that I take are magnesium and vitamin D which has helped my skin clear up so much. I still get acne but it’s a lot less than usual. I hope this helps! *note:the acne I still get now are very small and manageable compared to the hormonal/cystic acne that I used to get. It’s VERY rare that I see a larger pimple on my face these days and I truly owe it to what I suggested.
Hi Michelle, when I tried to conceive and during my short pregnancies I used azelaic acid for my skin. I do have rosacea and break out a lot and like you said, you can't use a lot during pregnancy. But after speaking to my OB/Gyn and Derm we figured out a skincare routine with it, that helped a lot. I think it's a good idea to see a Dermatologist for your concern. Have a safe and stressless move.🍀
@michelle reed YES, do get your Acne looked at by a derm. My son had what looked to be a pimple and it turned out to be an infection that got worse and had to be on strong antibiotics for 10 days. Yours might be nothing but I do suggest you get it looked at. Derm thinks he might have gotten something at the gym
Recently found out that I’m a month ahead then what I thought which is nice so I’ll be in the second trimester next week! I will say I really appreciate your recaps and you sharing everything you’ve been going through it’s nice to be able to watch or hear how you’re getting through everything and loving the bump updates!!
I had a lot of those issues for acne. I stopped putting my phone to my face. I also cut out fragrances for face products as they irritated me and were causing headaches (sensitive to smells). But vitamin b3, b6 are really important for skin and help treat acne.
So nostalgic but your new house looks like it was built for you Michelle! It’s amazing how everything has aligned for you at the perfect time ❤❤ looking forward to your new journey ❤
I’ve been using Sun & Moo’s beef tallow face moisturizer for the past few months and I highly recommend!! I think she’s releasing a pregnancy friendly version soon (you can probably inquire about which ones may already be pregnancy friendly). Prior to the tallow, I had been using curology for 2.5 years and every time I tried to quit, I started breaking out again. It took a month or so for my skin to stop breaking out after quitting, but now all I’m using is an oil-based face wash and the Mend Blend tallow moisturizer!! My skin isn’t perfect, but it’s clearing up so well and the acne spots are getting lighter too!! Thought I’d share in case it would be a helpful, all natural option for you! :)
Hi beautiful! Im an esthetician.... Azalaic Acid has been very helpful for people and amazingly, it is totally safe to use during pregnancy!!!!!!!!! If you want, bring it up at your derm appt. Congrats on everything!!!!!!!!
Anyone else notice the timestamps seem like they are meant for another video? Something is off. Great video of prep for move but definitely what goes on doesn't align with the time stamp descriptions. The video is far shorter than the time stamps as well. I hope it's not just me! lol I was looking forward to that empty house tour!
💛🌸 have you looked into trying the supplement milk thistle for acne!? I am currently using it to see if it helps (and local raw organic honey on my spots nightly)!
Thanks for sharing the kind msg from someone who struggles with eating disorder. This is my first pregnancy and I’m already starting to not like my body as much as I used to. (I call myself “Humpty Dumpty.”) it’s definitely a struggle and try to remember that it’s only for a short amount time and it’s all for baby. :) I have broken out with eczema on my face and I had never had skin issues but all thanks to those crazy hormones! Haha my doctor has prescribed me a gel for my face but I only use a pea size of each sections after I shower. It somewhat helps but could use a stronger dose and that’s a no no. Cover up is my bff for the time being. Good luck,Michelle!💛
You should look into the brand clearstem for your skin!! I always had the most stubborn acne until I tried all their products and I’m pretty sure they’re all pregnancy safe!!
Moving at any stage of life is tough! I'm glad you will be settled when the baby comes. Will Aiden's commute to work be affected much by your new home's location? (just purely curious and hoping it doesn't make it a lot longer)
Hi Michelle! I wanted to share my experience about acne on my cheeks that looked just like yours. Mine turned out to be a sensitivity to fragrance and ingredients in certain sunscreens! Switching to all fragrance free products (from skincare to makeup) and switching to a mineral sunscreen REALLY helped me!
For your breakouts… do you do things different on that side? Sleep, hold your phone, rest your hand? I realized I had unconscious habits that were making me break out so it may be small stuff like that.
So exciting about your move. It is such hard work & overwhelming. Can’t wait to see your new home! Yes, crockpot meals are the best at saving time & energy! ❤ Get some rest & have fun when you can! 😊
honestly, I'm still on my acne healing journey and am not sure when the end is insight, so i don't have any advice that's really worked long term. But, I just wanted to say that i love your outfit (pink is your color!) and congrats on moving!
Good luck with your move! I’m sure it will be easier with Cash when you are in a home. It seems like you just moved! The sausage kale tortellini recipe is delicious!
hey, I got married 4 years ago and finally decided to preserve my wedding dress. I used "Memories Gown Preservation" and they did a fabulous job. If your still looking to get that done :)
Good morning Michelle! I just wanted to say that you are such an inspiration to me and I have loved following along with this journey! It’s been so fun to see and be a part of it from far away. You’re such a light to other people and so encouraging! Thank you for always showing up for us every week with new videos. I look forward to watching them every week. Your editing is so amazing and I hope you continue this throughout motherhood. Ilysm and I hope you have an amazing day 💕
The only main skincare ingredient you can’t use in pregnancy is retinol/Tretinoin, you can work use salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide in pregnancy (I’m a medical student going into dermatology) but always check with your doctor!
Hi Michelle, it might be worth trying one of the Cereave cleansers. I believe in the US there is much more choice. Here is the UK we have a number of formulas, they’re all lovely effective but very gentle on the skin. Good luck with the move 🏡🎉❤
So happy for you!! What kind of church do you attend? I’m struggling to find one that I really enjoy and connect with and love seeing how strong your faith is, something I am really working on🤍
I am not sure if this would help but I tried Hey Bud skin care which has hemp oil in it for my acne. I would get it bad on my chin and it worked really well. Also making sure that you don't pull up the covers to your face when you sleep has made a difference for me too. Hope you find a solution. ❤
Been waiting all day for this! I’m so incredibly happy that you’ve moved into a home that looks so cozy and perfect for you, Aidan, Cash and baby Gauthier 🥰 what a milestone! 🌻
I do have a question about the potatoes in the air fryer!!! How long did you cook your potatoes? Me and my husband and family loves potatoes but I never tried fixing them like this.. We absolutely love garlic!!!! I literally put garlic in everything
i've heard that some acne in that area can be a bacterial skin infection and that your dr can prescribe an antibiotic wash and it will clear up. maybe ask if that's safe for pregnancy.
You're right moving is never ever fun. I actually tend to feel a bit stressed just watching moving vlogs 😅 i think its a bit triggering as ive moved 4 times in 6 years and lived in 4 different countries 🤦🏻♀️ i really dont like it one bit 😂
Out of curiosity do you notice your skin break out on your cheeks when it’s warmer out? I have noticed my skin breaks out like that on my cheeks in the summer. (I live in Minnesota, so typically when the weather gets above 80 degrees). I just attributed to an allergic reaction to heat or something. Even as a teenager my skin never broke out much. But the past few summers my cheeks have broken out during warmer weather. Maybe I should ask my doctor about it. 🤷♀️
I know it's hard but in my experience the best thing you can do for your skin is to stop wearing (face)make up. It was really hard for me because I wanted to conceal all the pimples but once I stopped trying to but on foundation all the time, my skin was able to breathe and cleared up oher time. I'm not saying this works for everyone and maybe I was just lucky, but maybe this is an idea wort considering for you❤️
'empty house tour' label is just not accurately representing the content in that nugget of the video... i would like to think that it was a mistake, not a bait :/
There’s nothing like going from an apartment to a home! I’m so happy for you guys!
Michelle! All these new changes in your life are such a blessing. You're glowing!
thank you so much… so thankful for it all ❤️

Did you edit/cut out alot of this video? Its not matching up with the time stamps. I’m not seeing the new home here. ❤️
I NOTICED THAT TOO!

I’ve been checking all morning for this video! Hi from Virginia Beach 😊

The Ancefree 3 step kit. Also, derm roll your face 2 twice a month once the pimples clear up!
Congrats on your new home! Tfs! Many Blessings ❤

thank you so much 💛
Love all the stuff you got for a baby so far. I have the snuggleMe and love it.
My dermatologist recommended taking niacinamide to help with my acne. Definitely ask, but it works wonderfully for me

Always puts a smile on my face when you post a new vlog!! Congrats on your new home!
thank you so so much! 💛
Hi Michelle, it might be worth trying one of the Cereave cleansers. I believe in the US there is much more choice. Here is the UK we have a number of formulas, they’re all lovely effective but very gentle on the skin. Good luck with the move 🏡🎉❤
so happy 4 y’all : )
So happy for you!! What kind of church do you attend? I’m struggling to find one that I really enjoy and connect with and love seeing how strong your faith is, something I am really working on🤍

i've heard that some acne in that area can be a bacterial skin infection and that your dr can prescribe an antibiotic wash and it will clear up. maybe ask if that's safe for pregnancy.
Have you tried Winlevi for your skin? It’s a topical treatment and worked wonders for my sister.
Love pink💕👌
Maybe it’s my app acting up but:
Time stamps don’t match the video. 😮
You're right moving is never ever fun. I actually tend to feel a bit stressed just watching moving vlogs 😅 i think its a bit triggering as ive moved 4 times in 6 years and lived in 4 different countries 🤦🏻♀️ i really dont like it one bit 😂

I couldn't "adult" without my slow cooker and instant pot.
What harness do you use for cash??
Hi!! I don't think your listed time stamps are actually for this video! none of them match up! I hope you have a safe move
Where is your couch from?!

Yes! This and no milk and within 3-6 months it was gone
@@karigriffith602 yes!!!
Maybe you have a leaky gut that's causing acne or it's hormonal
@michellereedg This isn't you right?
'empty house tour' label is just not accurately representing the content in that nugget of the video... i would like to think that it was a mistake, not a bait :/
I get those pimples on my cheeks from my pillow/pillow case and when I m on my period
