Awesome video man, I found every information very useful, and I do understand why every tip is useful, but I feel like if I do those things I won't be myself, like sure, hygiene, respect are important and I really try to have good hygiene but I find it very exhausting, maybe I have a character flaw with hygiene, but I push my self.
