For me, this was the best sounding room of T.H.E. show. Those speakers are absolute sonic perfection. And the couple running the room were wonderful. Definitely the kind of people you can feel great about supporting. Hearing this system unlocked a new grail obsession for me.
Nice to hear Songer back to full song after what I thought were a couple of average sounding rooms at recent shows. IMO these are world class sounding speakers. Best of show for sure.
Agree with other commentators that this room was one of the best in the show. It's amazing what he could get out of a single driver - it went very low and did not exhibit many of the strange sonic peaks that I associate with single driver speakers. It also went high and did so quite smoothly. I would love to see an REW plot, but my ears saw this is pretty even with probably some minor flavor peaks. Regardless, it was great on a variety of songs and we hung out for a while.

We ran tone sweeps, and saw the issues that you'd expect from the room - too much energy in the 100-200Hz range due to the walls and headboards resonating. There was likewise a bass null in the 50Hz region. Otherwise, it looked really good.

Sounds like AI, because at this stage of his life, Johnny Cash was a lot more wobbly in terms of peach accuracy. But this AI is a lot more accurate than I remember him being. Of course, I could be mistaken.
