These help with sleep: Alternative nostril breathing pranayama, valerian root supplement (in some cases this can give nightmares...), and magnesium oil spray (spray on back or legs or arms 30m before bedtime) :)

Definitely a turning point for them and I don't think people give that album the credit it deserves. I love Song for Junior, and how it perfectly leads into I Don't Know.
