I am confused to claim 5 points of the regional area or not as due to covid I have done 1st-year online study due to border closers and then 2nd year from Australia(on campus). So am I eligible for 5 points of regional area study and living?
If your college is in regional area and you did 2nd year there then also you can claim

If you have 65 points you are eligible to apply. But as these points are not much then chances of PR is low.

As per today’s conditions your experience should be inline with your degree. But you can try to assess your qualifications. If you got positive skill assessment then there is a chance.

you have a very good chance to get a PR…ask your company to sponsor you for PR or go for 189 sub class.

I've recently given pte test got overall 72 bands while applying for assessment including spouse and one child am going through points deficiency, my spouse is only 10+2 holder not that confident about proficiency test.. If I get 8+ bands and increase my points on behalf of my spouse.. Is my spouse Mandatorily required to go through this test or if I get 8 bands plus that would add up some more strength to my points evaluation.?
