I googled the sunglasses after watching Civil War and this could be kinda a spoiler if you're going to watch it. And I don't if it's true. But this is from the IMDB page of the movie: "In his sole scene, Jesse Plemons is wearing grading glasses, which are designed to eliminate all visible wavelengths entering the eyes except for red, at different shades or luminance values. This makes it very easy to tell if an object (or skin tone, in his case) is darker or lighter than another at a glance."
