Lovely! Such beautiful work you do! My favorite must be the Tulip with Lily of the Valley. My mother and I grew Lily of the Valley in my childhood. They're all wonderful...the scrollwork and lacing...it looks like hard work, but it's so very pretty.❤️ Thank you for sharing.💫

I am so so so happy I found this!!! I've never used royal icing. I've bought all the stuff, baked my cookies, and watched about a hundred videos. I'm gonna go do it now. These are so beautiful! Maybe someday I'll be this good. 🤞

@Nicole They turned out pretty good. I didn't have the icing texture right, but it was really fun, and for my 1st time, I was very pleased. I wish I could add a picture.

Something I would love to see is a video on the decorator bags you make. Even the 000 metal points often aren't fine enough for the intricate work you are doing.

You can make your own cornets from parchment paper. There are lots of videos about how to cut the parchment paper and fold correctly. The cake decorating supply company, Wilton, has some that might be a good starting point.

Hi MLB, I really love your work please ca you tell me which constancy you used for the out line? and the the flooding. I know you said you use mostly 2 and 3 but i can not work out which one is which. I am a beginner.

What are the white large dots around the tulip? Are they a type of flower?
I don't know if you'll get a notification that someone answered your question, but those are Lily of the Valley the flower associated with those born in May. Very delicate, a short growing season, but they have a lovely fragrance.
