isnt it funny how they said "there have been accusations of flopping this series." nowadays its just a regular thing we all expect to see but back then it was strange if they saw it

Except prior to 2005, most of the fouls required flops since hard hits weren't considered fouls as much as today. They required the necessity of flopping, now which is unnecessary.
A flop is a flop. Some people are better at it than others. You can't tell me Vlade Divac flopping in 94 or 2001 changed unless he got better at it

If you listen, you can clearly see that they didn't call flop. Actually they were looking for it. 2:10 is a prime example of how they handle it. We now in the era of L-James, the master of the flop!
