I must admit, the April23rd performance was interrupted by hands repeatedly in front of the camera, the camera stopping and starting, Dad's voice droning off key so close to the mic it sounded intentionally disrupting, and Alie being drawn into conversation while singing.Why?
Michael, don't think reading lyrics is what is happening here. Sound quality is probably what she's checking....but if she's checking lyrics it is.... so be it. Allie pulls off greater performances than any buskers I've seen and heard...and I've seen plenty. Good luck to you in the future.
She's learnt hundreds of cover songs. For sure she needs a lyrics reminder in case she forgot a part. The big stars on stage have it, too. They use lyrics prompters.

Things will change very soon. Her next CD with merely originals is in preparation. And then she will be mainly performing on stages.
