(2) In the top right corner of the main menus (or after opening Settings), click your gamertag. Choose "USA West" for the multiplayer server.
(3) Load in wherever we are in the world!

Thanks for your flight with the Monster, Kip! It was fun to watch.
Sadly, no, we are not going to make the ground handling easier... but I promise, this is some skill that you can learn. And you'll be drifting all around the place and landing on rooftops in no time once you get used to it :) Don't give up! (or you can use the Sea Monster which is not a taildragger and is much easier to handle on the ground!)
Additionally: When you hear the random rumbling noise, just grab the wrench and hit the transmission shaft several times until it stops ;)
