I'm confused about the plot of this mission. Why are these Chinese forces placing nuclear weapons within Indian territory (albeit close to the border with China)? And why is Black Lotus and her Chinese troops helping you? Is this general Xu Yuang acting against the wishes of Beijing?

Hi, my name is Supakrid and I'm the one who made this mission
I'm here to expain about the plot of USA SS1 Campaign that I made by the topics
1.USA and China, they are Netural status
2.USA find out China has Illigal military research base out of thier country
3.They are researching about "Nuclear Weapon" Although there are United Nations laws regarding the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty or NPT for short.
4.So they hide the research facilities away from the mother land and far from india goverment
5.while the mission are operating US Goverment protest the Chinese Embassy about research base in India, and they rejected to give the information, Until they're know about Operation Dirty Hands, they're agreed to give the information to US Goverment
6.PLA blame Gen.Xuyang he is incharge chinese hidden base in India and his action is violated military discipline.
7.PLA agreed to stop that facilities with USA and send Black Lotus to this Operation.
8.Gen.Xuyang got Betrayed by PLA and K.I.A
9.after Operation USA and China make a deal and founded US-China Maritime Security Cooperation Base (U.C.M.S.C.B)
10.Gen.Xuyang survived, and move to Zhousan and gather people to fight his war for revenge the PLA
