I don't know why this song isn't more popular. It definitely beats 99.9% of the stuff I always hear on the radio. Andrew is a very talented artist and Katie's voice is absolutely beautiful.

so about 3 months ago i discovered katie herzig through a tweet from don miller. i LOVE her music! then yesterday i heard andrew belle for the first time on radio here in South Africa and LOVED it instantly - NOW i stumble onto a duet of the 2 of them working together?!!? no ways!!
This was what I first thought when I heard this song, since "In My Veins" was in Castle. And this perfect song remind me of her, who is perfect as well. So yeah, I think I DID make sense.

what i pull away from this song is that he was unsure about his feelings, and simply was unsure of what to do. And the line "i would have let you leave" would imply that at anytime, theyre ready to move on....at least, thats what i get from this song...Still very beautiful

Met this song during my visit to noisetrade.com 4 years ago. Such a nostalgic song. I remember the moment I heard the intro my heart shivered and felt something clicked inside of me. And this song had been accompanying me during my high school moments. I used to enjoy this song on car and ship. It really fits the atmosphere especially when you're faced with ocean. So yeah, lots of feelings just for a 3 minutes song. Awesome.

So I've been thinking about this song for a bit and I've finally come to a theory on what it might mean/represent.
I think the song is about a young couple just starting out, but she passed away in some manner. He goes to her apartment to collect her things and all the photos and items keep reminding him of her. The line "I would have let you leave" is her saying she would have forgave him. Anyways my idea to join the others.
