I called Roman mid, and I still do. Roman turning heel never fixed anything because his only problem was overexposure. Cue WWE fixing the wrong problem and making the real problem worse by giving him a record-breaking reign.
Roman being pushed for a decade instead of rotating who's on top, IMO, is why AEW exists. I don't watch either, but knowing Roman now tied Hulk Hogan in Wrestlemania Main Event appearances tells me WWE learned nothing.

You do realize that your statement is shared with roughly 10-15% of the overall fan base agree with you. And full disclosure roughly about 13.5% of that percentage are either “turn him heel” people that won’t like a single person unless they are a heel or you have the spot monkeys that don’t think it good wrestling unless the match is nothing but high spots( Aka AEW tards). I'm a Roman fan but I can say, TripalH ruined Cody Rhodes's momentum after WrestleMania 40 by not planning a great storyline for him.

I never liked rhodes.
The only hate you see for Cody is 10% from the chronically online IWC marks. The other 90% is the normal audience and they all love Cody. He's incredibly over. No one else should've dethroned Roman, Cody has hard shoes to fill and he's doing it great so far, especially considering being a baby face is harder than a heel. Roman is one of the best champions of all time, so it'll be difficult, and even if he doesn't have as good of a reign as Roman, Cody will STILL have a great reign and this early start has been nice. For a change, he wrestles at every PLE, he shows up a lot, he's full time. On top of that, he's got some killer feuds in the future to look forward to. Randy Orton, The Rock, maybe even CM Punk sometime. So much to look forward to. He's an amazing wrestler and a great in ring story teller, which is what you NEED as the top champion. People just complain about everything online. I recommend to everyone just cause you're online, it doesn't mean the entirety of people think the same. Lol. Cody Rhodes is a top tier wrestler. Him dethroning Roman was perfect. One of the best, if not, THE best WM main event ever. So cinematic. W Cody Rhodes. 🔥

Very good comment. Cody has everything it takes to be a top champion and top star in the WWE. He has great in-ring skills, great mic-skills, great passion, great story-teller, amazing theme song, awesome entrance, he has charisma, he is talented, kids and adults both love him and he has the connection to the audience and he is a top merch-seller and very over with the crowd. What else does Cody need? He's been doing a very good job as the champion so far.

I was never a cody fan, but the only interesting thing he had going on was being the underdog who was done dirty as soon as that was gone he became boring to some people, but he was boring to begin with, he has no aura no personality nothing interesting about him, it's been months since he has been a champion tell me one interesting storyline since that happened? Even wwe don't know what to do with him other than putting him in title matches at big events, roman left after his defeat and his story has only gotten more interesting since the defeat without his presence required.

The chase is always better than the actual payoff. People want to root for an underdog. After a 2 year chase from WM38 to WM40, with a huge swerve at WM39, Cody had his moment and finished the story. It is going to get stale if he continues to be the white meat babyface who is now the guy, while still pretending to be a humble underdog. Now they can either go one of two ways. If you want to keep Cody face, this has to be a relatively short title reign ending either at SummerSlam or latest Royal Rumble where he loses to The Rock (no more of this where major titles can ONLY change hand at WrestleMania) who is then challenged by a returning Roman. Or, the more likely scenario, they turn him into a mob boss heel type character who creates his own Legacy stable with other second generation guys like Bron Breaker watching his back, and eventually moves into a feud with Randy Orton.
His first title defence was 5 stars, and the fact that he will defend in an iquit match, for his third title defence, when he already had 2 great defences

This was WWE (Vince)'s fault for keeping Roman champion another year when he it did really nothing for him. If Cody had won last year, there'd be no complaint. This because they made Roman champion so long that some have been disillusioned that Roman is "so dominant" but he was part time from 2023-2024. Hence, Cody, who won another rumble makes people upset since he already lost and his credibility was lowered for round 2.
