Girl I've been to the hair store twice this week and came out empty handed because I just didn't know what to do with my hair, I prayed and I'm telling you God listened because here you are!!! 🙏 you did an excellent job with no leave out , and you got straight to the point 👍 👏 I think you were talking to me at the end! There is a God now I go bk to the hair store 😆❤
This is AMAZING...GREAT Job! I've also seen a beautician do half of the head using tracks (weave) which is easier and time efficient and crochet the top and sides. Still lays seamless. That customer was able to keep her hair style using the combo method for 6 months before getting it redone. That was the first time I had seen that. I would probably go with the combo method, because it's easier. I also liked the fact that she didn't have any hair hanging out...it was ALL weaved/crochet, but it looked SOOOO NATURAL.
I love this. I’ve been really struggling with my natural hair journey, (not really into the lace front trends), and constantly trying to find styles that protect my medium length hair without leaving it out all the time.

I used to do crochet braids all the time, but quit bc it was so hard to brush out. It was so smart to use the revlon brush! Looks super easy. Im going to give it a try. Thanks😊

This was awesome. Everything you said about my hair. Completely natural but my hair is very curly and I needed to do something different and wear it in a different way. I can curl it, wear it up, etc.

Thank you for this! Easy, cute and versatile style. I did this for my 14 year old daughter and she loves it. It allows her to get the straight hair she loves while protecting her hair beautifully underneath. Also, great training for her to learn how to maintain a straight hairstyle without risk of damaging her own. Her hair looked so good people thought I did a blow out on her natural hair😂. Thanks so much for the tutorial Kearra. I finally got a chance to try this style and did really enjoy it. Everyone thought it was my real hair, and I loved the long look while still feeling natural.
For my next go-round, I will definitely be looking for a softer Marley hair as I think this will help with tangling. This style sheds a lot, like a lot a lot. I was about to go crazy cause my bathroom looked crazy every time I combed it out. For the last week, I just threw it in a low pony or braid and let it because I was over it. This style is versatile but definitely have to weigh pros & cons. The overall look was a pro so I stuck with it for 3 weeks and plan to do it again.

It looks absolutely awesome! I wish I could do that too but my hair is far too sleek and I have an ultra-sensitive scalp and could never handle these tight braids. I love how you are able to protect your natural hair and still be able to rock these versatile hair styles!

Yes!!! This is the exact hair I use you can flat iron or curl it ( on low of course) it has a natural look even after I flat iron it. It's light and for some reason does not tangle🤔(although I use a leave in detangler spray) I just love this hair will always use it for my crochet very versatile. You sis an amazing job young lady I'm so glad I saw this video there seemed to be not many using this kind of hair. ...you have skills 👌🏽

@ksssonja99ks would you mind sharing the brand of detangler spray you used and when did you apply it; during the flat iron process or before the blow drying?
I use two different kinds. The first I use before flat Ironing: Motions active moisture leave-in detangler
Then after flat iron I use Cantu care for kids conditioning detangler. I hope that helps or maybe someone else has something else different. But that's what works for me. 👍🏽

I am a natural girl and I didn’t want to put a lot of heat on my hair. But I wanted to switch up my style without investing in a bulky hot wig. This was a great alternative! Thanks again. The hair matches my texture perfectly! It looks very natural. I’d love to see you experiment with a different hair type that may last a little longer and have less shedding. This installation is not for the weak. 😅😂

This is how crochet is supposed to look IMO. Extensions are not supposed to look like extensions. I prefer crochet over sew ins. I am natural and I need a break. Lol. You did a great job. God bless.

Your straight crochet styles always look like a natural hair silk press! Your parts and hairline are so undetectable. You should try this with xpression braiding hair, it would be less work to straighten (straightens with a flat iron at 270 F), in particular the pre stretched packs, and xpression tangles less than other kanekalon varieties, especially if you use Hawaiian silky or fabric softener diluted in water on the hair to stop it from tangling even more. Why would anyone waste all that time getting a see-in when they could do this? Great job 🙂
