Cool to see how St. Louis has always looked inward and compelled its community to make change. A lot of that "do something about it" attitude is what I love about our city's character. Don't be fooled by your golden age thinking, or we'll never move forward.
I’m glad it coming back to life

@@crud420sure if you want to disregard the fact St. Louis had been a hub of progressivism even prior to the civil war with the influx of anti-slavery Germans. Nathaniel Lyon and the people of St. Louis are the biggest reason the confederates were driven out of Missouri early in the war
Now it's the Other way around , Poor Whites are looking for Jobs in Homer G. Philips and other North Side Businesses , The children and grandchildren of of this generation , I was born a 4th generation St . Louis resident in 1967 and grew up Here , I Love my City , but the South Siders are having the turn around and the White folks still Here after 4 or 5 generations they need Work too , St . Louis is a great City and the perfect place to raise a family :) QC
That's how the city of St.Louis became a complete Democratic City.
Yeah, how’d that switch to the Democrats work out for African Americans?
I know right
