Great video. If someone has to clear data or reinstall downloader, before doing so, if you go into favourites and select the hamburger menu, you can export and import your favourites.

I used to experience 'problems' with Download, Tanya, many many moons ago, but I sorted it myself by running through some of the options that you've offered here. 👍 Have I ever told you how much I love you? Hi Tanya, firstly thanks for a great video channel your tips and experience have helped me a lot. I am in the USA using a firestick 4kmax, I am having trouble getting ITVX app to work. I download it fine then when I try to open it I get a message content/app not owned. I had ITV working for years but cannot get this one to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated
When the ITVX app is updated, it needs to be "cracked" by an app developer to make it possible for the new version to be sideloaded. Until that happens, you will find errors with the ITVX app. I suggest viewing content via a web browser until this problem is fixed.
Or, there is a workaround you could try, but it is not guaranteed to work. You could change your address details on your Amazon account to a UK address. Then try and send the ITVX app to your Firestick from the Amazon website as shown in this video: czcams.com/video/7aK9XSntU0Y/video.html (note that although I use Silk in this video, the process is the same for ANY app).

Hi lady T tried all of the above still getting error I’m trying to download I**V app from downloader with the code I was given, works perfectly on 4K fire stick but won’t work on NVIDIA SHIELD pro 2019 any idea if there’s fix.? Keep up the excellent work your doing 👍
My suggestion would be to ask the person who provided you with the code as it might be an issue on their end.

I have a amazon firestick 4k brand new, tryed the allow settings, change wifi etc and still get this code??
I have a new fire TV stick 4K. I was able to eventually download film Plus from your site, open it and check to see that the TV shows are playing. However I cannot find film plus in my downloaded apps. Any suggestions on what to do next? I've done this maybe 10 times now
A simple restart may fix this issue. However, if it does not, upu can go to Settings / Applications / Manage Installed Applications to find and open the app from there.

Hello. When I download and install an app from any site using Downloader App, I see that the page is showing Amazon firestick products after every download and install is completed. Its not showing the page where I was before nor the back space work. So I have to type back to the download page or use the favorites section to come back to the download section. I tried to load an old downloader version but its not working now. Please help.
2nd Question: How do I get copy from clipboard option in downloader app keyboard. Is there anyway I can upgrade my gboard to show this feature?

Hi Tanya can you now get downloader on new firesticks? as I know it's been unavailable for a while
I personally haven't experienced any issues with the availability of Downloader. But, if you simply say "Downloader" into your Alexa voice remote, it will usually locate it, even if it's hidden when you manually search for it.
There are a few videos on CZcams saying Amazon have removed downloader on new firesticks but if you already got it it still works is this true?

You shouldn't have any apps listed in unknown apps. So long as unknown apps is ON, you should be able to download from Downloader. Give it a try and let me know if you get any errors.

Hi I put code in downloader all it says is connecting tried everything u said
Okay this is a new one for me, I know what I am doing, but my downloader is not downloading at any normal speeds as usual. I even tried a differn't firstick , still very slow downloading any side apps, eventually just stops downloading at all, yes i reboted router and speeds are great, any assistance wouid be appreciated
Download speeds when using Downloader will be dependent upon the server the file is hosted on.

Cannot get downloads to install. Followed all your directions but must be doing something wrong, unless they do not work in the UK

Shouldn't "wait it out" be the first try? If it was a bottleneck, and you went through all other attempts first, you just deleted all your saves for nothing.
Good point. However, a bottleneck is likely to be the issue in only about 10% of cases. Plus, in my experience, most people don't want to wait and will try other methods first.
