- Today, let’s take a look and look for something in the kitchen to grow vegetables. If there are potatoes that have been left to germinate for too long, they can be planted; some food waste, such as cut onions, can also be planted; and some spices themselves are seeds. These things are very easy to grow, do not need to bother to take care of, and there is a lot of fun in the process of planting. I will list 19 kinds of plants that I planted from the kitchen, so I don’t need to go out to buy seeds.
1. Ginger, these ginger can't be eaten. After being kept in the kitchen for a long time, there are some obvious bulges on it. I put the ginger on the plate, sprayed it with some water, and put it in a cool and ventilated place. After a few days, the bulge on the top of the ginger became budding. In this way, it can be used for planting. I prepared sandy soil with good water permeability for the ginger and added some compost soil. Place the ginger on the surface of the soil, cover it with a layer of about 2 cm thick, and irrigate it thoroughly. I put the ginger in a slightly shaded area. A few weeks later, I saw the ginger sprout. Let's dig out a tree and take a look. You see, there are a lot of roots growing where the ginger buds originate. How stretched these roots are. After a while, the roots of the ginger buds will swell and grow into a lot of tender ginger. If a piece of young ginger emerges from the surface of the soil, you can cover it with soil so that the newly grown young ginger will not be exposed to the air.
2. Turmeric, eating turmeric often has many benefits for the body. The turmeric in my hand didn't finish eating, it sprouted in the box by itself. I just planted it directly, and put turmeric on the surface of the soil piece by piece. The soil where turmeric is grown is also sandy soil with compost soil. When turmeric is placed, cover it with a thin layer of soil and irrigate it thoroughly. Keep it out of direct sunlight. After a while, the turmeric sprouts. You see, how beautiful the leaves are. You can harvest turmeric when the leaves turn yellow.
3. Spring onions, onions. Every time I bought green onions, I would cut the onions first and plant them in the corner of the vegetable garden with the roots facing down, or in pots, planting bags and other containers on the balcony. Green onions are so easy to grow, they can live with a little water. Leaves will grow soon after planting. The latter is not fully planted, and the first planted can be harvested, and there is always no end to it. Never buy green onions anymore. There are also onions. An onion sprouted in my kitchen and planted it directly in a small flower pot. The onion absorbs water and will soon grow long leaves, which can be cut and eaten. After being cut, it will continue to grow. Planting onions like this is much faster than planting seeds directly.
4. Garlic, I haven't bought garlic for a long time. The garlic I usually eat is grown by myself. Every year I harvest the garlic, pick out the big ones and keep them as seeds. The growing period of garlic is long. I plant garlic cloves in the ground every September and don't care about it anymore. Because enough base fertilizer is applied before planting, rainwater can meet the needs of garlic growth. Wait until the garlic moss is pumped in June of the next year, and the garlic is harvested in July. I mainly use garlic in the kitchen to grow garlic sprouts. I have tried many methods such as hydroponics and soil culture, and made a lot of comparisons. I prefer to grow garlic seedlings in soil without changing the water every day, and the nutrient supply is sufficient. I will plant the whole garlic together, because it is convenient to plant and cut the garlic seedlings. You can cut the whole garlic seedlings by just grabbing the whole garlic seedlings. The garlic sprouts grow quickly in the fertile sandy soil, and they grow so much just after the third day of cutting.

果树（例如石榴）不要从种子种，品质不保证，插枝或苗莆买现成的是首选。我院子有三棵自己从种子发芽长成的石榴，一棵结果少又小，另外两棵只开花不结果，今年決定三棵都连根拔，是个体力活，得花不少工夫，哎！

我种过芋头，也非常好。但是草莓不太好结果。而且小动物总是偷吃。还有等待种子发芽也是一个需要耐心的过程，很多时候我都在怀疑到底有没有成活。非常佩服您，很勤劳。我总是因为一些原因放弃了。每年只能坚持种一两种，多了照顾不过来。而且总是被虫蚁咬伤的我已经灰心。
其实处理好了土壤，就不会有很多虫子🐛，等待发芽🌱也是很开心的感觉，看到发芽的时候特别特别开心😃
