Things to note - 1) He is using this patreon subscriber's address and personal info as a means to threaten him. 2) The call seems to start on Wyatt's side while he calls this Justin fellow, I don't know who recorded this or how it got circulated. 3) For this even to be considered to be recorded would imply whoever did it was expecting something like this to happen 4) This is very similar to ARES discord calls, so this is certainly not the only incident of such behaiviour.

Ms. Truncali the simple fact that Wyatt won’t even respond to this or post any type of video to justify his side of the story is obvious proof that he’s hiding something. If anyone of us was falsely accused of anything remotely related to this and had the following Wyatt has we’d certainly be responding by now.
I was Wyatts Patreon Subscriber for a few months and talked with him and the other patrons on discord often. He was really chill and cool on there and so were the other patrons. Honestly a pretty solid community. I felt like one of the boys and really tried to support him in any way possible. Hell, I even bought some of his shirts (I dont even buy shirts from the bands I like) However, I always felt like the “kindness” was because I was paying him monthly. And I was right. I stopped paying for Patreon because I had a bad month at work. It gave me a reason to test the gut feeling I had. When I unsubscribed, I said “Cant afford it this month. Bad month at work! Should be back next month!”. Ill be honest, I 100% thought nothing would change. I was as active as I could be, bought merchandise, and really thought he was just a chill dude and wouldnt let greed get in the way. And I get it, discord access was only for Patrons. However, I was literally removed from the discord within an hour. I instantly knew that everything up to that point was super fake and all I was to him was extra dollar signs. Pretty sad. That being said, he is an amazing drummer and a master of his craft. He puts the work in and it shows. Im not here to judge him, but this was just my short experience. To me, it sucks that he was not as genuine as I had thought, especially as one of his “bigger than normal” supporters.

Theres no denying the kid works hard or is talented, and like I've said in some other comments (which you may or may not have seen) Wyatt and I were good friends for about 3 years so I know the feeling you're talking about. Thankfully he didnt lash out at you or anything, not that he would have a good reason to, but yeah all of that comes to a screeching halt when its come to myself and some others. As I think you've probably summized, from this video and some of the conversations, this is by no means a "cancel wyatt stav" video, sure some people refuse to support people that behave shitty like he did and that's fine, to be expected, and a probably the way I too would respond as an outsicer, but I'm sure most just watch, say "damn dude. That's crazy" and continue watching his videos. This is purely so people know what he did because he didnt make amends, and so, when you have a shitty past and then start reaching a wide audience that are unaware of your immoral and shady behaviour, people come out with their experiences. Choosing not to respond or acknowledge it is a really bad move on his part, because it shows he really has something to hide. Anyways, thanks again, be well mate!
Daily Dosage I never sad he was a bad guy... I said I realized I was just a dollar sign to him, when I thought after all the support I had given, that wouldn’t be the case. I was surprised that he instantly treated me like I was nothing even though I payed a lot of money through patreon, bought his merchandise, supported his videos, participated in his community quite a bit, ect. Again, if you read my original comment, I totally recognize and understand that is the point of the patreon. At the same time, its pretty disappointing when someone who has been super cool to you immediately ends any relationship over 5 dollars like nothing ever happened. I always wondered why Nik Nocturnal (who lives in Wyatt’s area I think) refused to collab with him on anything, considering they make similar content for different instruments. This makes total sense, as I imagine rumors about Wyatt have been circulating for quite some time.
Eh stick tricks are whatever. Some drummers swear by them and I think Wyatt once said it is part of his “style”. Compared to me Wyatt is certainly more skilled in not only drumming ability and stick tricks. I also have seen drummers on CZcams complain that they had to shoot videos multiple times because they kept dropping sticks while performing due to “stick tricks” which in my opinion is just so incredibly lame. Like at that point just give up on the tricks and learn your trade. But ya know I prolly do some things with my performances that people may not dig, so as long as your having fun and your able to convey your message then it’s all good. Shame about the guitar smashing though.
Matti Fjelstrøm haha, yeah I have seen some of his tutorials and he definitely has spent a lot of time on his craft (drumming, camera stuff) it’s not easy to create such clean videos with great sound and perfect playing.
Funny that, I'm part of a Down & Dirty group (now Heavensent) on FB where one of the guys asked a few of the members if Wyatt was like this in the band when he was part of it, and Ezekiel Pierson, who was the frontman of Down & Dirty at the time, replied back saying this is 100% how he acted. So dissapointing coming from a fellow drummer who follows his YT page. So much respect lost..

Honestly, Wyatt Stav was a big reason I got into drumming and has been a huge inspiration to me, to hear how he is when the camera isn’t rolling is unsettling to say the least. I had no idea he was so toxic and it really is a shame because it seems like he’s passionate about it and like he really does work hard. My feelings on this are mixed but thank you for the new perspective.

I'm happy to hear you recovered from your addiction. Some of my best friends suffered with addiction to those substances as well. I used to work at a barbershop where we held AA meetings every week after work for anyone that wanted to come, recommended a lot of clients to it. Accusing someone of being an addict is a vicious thing to do- for the person but also it seems to me to cheapen the struggle that addicts face. Anyways, your guitar sounds beautiful!

I just watched a few of his reaction videos for the first time last night. The first thing I noticed is how he treats his girlfriend. Everything she says is just confirming what he says. Wyatt: "That breakdown is sick" Lindsay: "So sick" If she has a comment of her own he ignores her, brushes her off, or interrupts her. It's painful to watch, and if he's willing to let the whole world see that....I can't imagine how toxic he is behind closed doors. I really hope she can find the strength to acknowledge the toxicity and get out before it breaks her down. She seems so sweet and is incredibly beautiful. She's soooo far out of his league and she deserves to be treated with respect.

In the video where they review breakdowns Lindsey asks Wyatt to play one of the songs she chose and he immediately shuts her down saying "No we're not doing that, we're making a full reaction vid on it later" and poor Lindsey just goes "oh ok sorry". Like... okay I see his point but there was no reason to get so aggressive. Obviously I don't know them in real life so these are all just observations and opinions but I still thought it was weird.

I watch wyatt daily but however I will now only view him as talent and less has a human he proclaims to be. Disappointing to see someone with such skill and ability to become a big name in the industry end up like this.

My brother did heroin when he was twelve. For people to use this and frame someone with it is a fucking disgusting thing to do. Even if you did, good choice on not doing it, but either way it's scummy and childish behaviour. I'm glad you pointed it out, I always kinda felt like he was compassionless and resentfull. I had someone steal my cymbals and a Kevlar head I got from my parents to my 18th birthday. That dude was also a spoiled rich fuck. Thanks. I've had very dear friends pass away from drugs and I've seen many recover as well. It's a terrible thing and not something to throw around like he did. It's very likely that this video doesnt do much but thank you for your support. Also very sorry to hear about the theft of your cymbals and kevlar head, that's brutal. Ah, I don't care about the cymbals, I would've destroyed them anyways in the end. It just always sucks, when you can't trust anyone. I'm still playing, adapted more instruments and been keeping on keeping on ever since I picked it up. People or Opinions won't stop me from doing what I love. Unfortunately I don’t know if justice will do it’s part here. This should definitely warrant his career being greatly diminished but I just don’t know if we can have faith that it will actually happen. Somehow it seems that pieces of shit like Wyatt always manage not to get the karma they deserve. Also, it’s disappointing to know that there are always plenty of people who are willing to turn a blind eye from things done by someone they support, if it means everything gets to stay the same.

I'm a longtime viewer of Wyatt's channel, and I even waited about a week after seeing this video to see if he would respond to it in any way, and nope. I can also confirm he's been deleting comments and blocking people who mention this on his CZcams page. It's disappointing to see this about him but everything you said in the video is backed up by facts and he seems like an incredibly narcissistic and awful person. I support you 100%. Also, figure it's worth mentioning: I've been drumming myself for about 8 years, playing in bands for about 4-5. It's one thing to be passionate about your craft and strive for perfection, and be a little snobby. It's an entirely different things to abuse and yell constantly at bandmates. I've never seen anybody do that before.

This audio clip was sent to me several times today. I don't know its origins, however I can confirm it is Wyatt.
Things to note - 1) He is using this patreon subscriber's address and personal info as a means to threaten him. 2) The call seems to start on Wyatt's side while he calls this Justin fellow, I don't know who recorded this or how it got circulated. 3) For this even to be considered to be recorded would imply whoever did it was expecting something like this to happen 4) This is very similar to ARES discord calls, so this is certainly not the only incident of such behaiviour.

Ms. Truncali the simple fact that Wyatt won’t even respond to this or post any type of video to justify his side of the story is obvious proof that he’s hiding something. If anyone of us was falsely accused of anything remotely related to this and had the following Wyatt has we’d certainly be responding by now.

I was Wyatts Patreon Subscriber for a few months and talked with him and the other patrons on discord often. He was really chill and cool on there and so were the other patrons. Honestly a pretty solid community. I felt like one of the boys and really tried to support him in any way possible. Hell, I even bought some of his shirts (I dont even buy shirts from the bands I like)
However, I always felt like the “kindness” was because I was paying him monthly. And I was right.
I stopped paying for Patreon because I had a bad month at work. It gave me a reason to test the gut feeling I had. When I unsubscribed, I said “Cant afford it this month. Bad month at work! Should be back next month!”.
Ill be honest, I 100% thought nothing would change. I was as active as I could be, bought merchandise, and really thought he was just a chill dude and wouldnt let greed get in the way. And I get it, discord access was only for Patrons. However, I was literally removed from the discord within an hour. I instantly knew that everything up to that point was super fake and all I was to him was extra dollar signs. Pretty sad.
That being said, he is an amazing drummer and a master of his craft. He puts the work in and it shows. Im not here to judge him, but this was just my short experience. To me, it sucks that he was not as genuine as I had thought, especially as one of his “bigger than normal” supporters.
Austin, thanks for watching and leaving an insightful comment about your experience. Theres no denying the kid works hard or is talented, and like I've said in some other comments (which you may or may not have seen) Wyatt and I were good friends for about 3 years so I know the feeling you're talking about. Thankfully he didnt lash out at you or anything, not that he would have a good reason to, but yeah all of that comes to a screeching halt when its come to myself and some others. As I think you've probably summized, from this video and some of the conversations, this is by no means a "cancel wyatt stav" video, sure some people refuse to support people that behave shitty like he did and that's fine, to be expected, and a probably the way I too would respond as an outsicer, but I'm sure most just watch, say "damn dude. That's crazy" and continue watching his videos. This is purely so people know what he did because he didnt make amends, and so, when you have a shitty past and then start reaching a wide audience that are unaware of your immoral and shady behaviour, people come out with their experiences. Choosing not to respond or acknowledge it is a really bad move on his part, because it shows he really has something to hide. Anyways, thanks again, be well mate!

Besides Thomas Lang, the best drummers for the most part do not care about learning stick tricks...
Eh stick tricks are whatever. Some drummers swear by them and I think Wyatt once said it is part of his “style”. Compared to me Wyatt is certainly more skilled in not only drumming ability and stick tricks. I also have seen drummers on CZcams complain that they had to shoot videos multiple times because they kept dropping sticks while performing due to “stick tricks” which in my opinion is just so incredibly lame. Like at that point just give up on the tricks and learn your trade. But ya know I prolly do some things with my performances that people may not dig, so as long as your having fun and your able to convey your message then it’s all good. Shame about the guitar smashing though.

Honestly, Wyatt Stav was a big reason I got into drumming and has been a huge inspiration to me, to hear how he is when the camera isn’t rolling is unsettling to say the least. I had no idea he was so toxic and it really is a shame because it seems like he’s passionate about it and like he really does work hard. I'm happy to hear you recovered from your addiction. Some of my best friends suffered with addiction to those substances as well. I used to work at a barbershop where we held AA meetings every week after work for anyone that wanted to come, recommended a lot of clients to it. Accusing someone of being an addict is a vicious thing to do- for the person but also it seems to me to cheapen the struggle that addicts face.

I just watched a few of his reaction videos for the first time last night. The first thing I noticed is how he treats his girlfriend. Everything she says is just confirming what he says. Wyatt: "That breakdown is sick"

If she has a comment of her own he ignores her, brushes her off, or interrupts her. It's painful to watch, and if he's willing to let the whole world see that....I can't imagine how toxic he is behind closed doors. She's soooo far out of his league and she deserves to be treated with respect.

so this vid just popped up on my recommended. gota say this dude seems pretty humble and honest, Ive watched wyatts covers for a long time now and think he is an amazing drummer. but in all fairness I have not heard wyatt's side of the story but dang if this is true that really sucks man. does anybody have or heard wyatt's side of it? just curious. I did my best to provide context (full email thread rather than just the highlights of it), as I'm aware his side is "I paid for the repair" (500 out of 1000 owed, so thats a lie), "hes lying to get clicks", and "Im not going to feed into it". I watch wyatt daily but however I will now only view him as talent and less has a human he proclaims to be. Disappointing to see someone with such skill and ability to become a big name in the industry end up like this.

We play music in the same scene, we have the same friends, and all of them would say the same thing I’m telling you. Jared is chill.

My brother did heroin when he was twelve. For people to use this and frame someone with it is a fucking disgusting thing to do. I've had very dear friends pass away from drugs and I've seen many recover as well. It's a terrible thing and not something to throw around like he did. Unfortunately I don’t know if justice will do it’s part here. This should definitely warrant his career being greatly diminished but I just don’t know if we can have faith that it will actually happen. Somehow it seems that pieces of shit like Wyatt always manage not to get the karma they deserve. Also, it’s disappointing to know that there are always plenty of people who are willing to turn a blind eye from things done by someone they support, if it means everything gets to stay the same.

I'm a longtime viewer of Wyatt's channel, and I even waited about a week after seeing this video to see if he would respond to it in any way, and nope. I can also confirm he's been deleting comments and blocking people who mention this on his CZcams page. It's disappointing to see this about him but everything you said in the video is backed up by facts and he seems like an incredibly narcissistic and awful person. I support you 100%.
Also, figure it's worth mentioning: I've been drumming myself for about 8 years, playing in bands for about 4-5. It's one thing to be passionate about your craft and strive for perfection, and be a little snobby. It's an entirely different things to abuse and yell constantly at bandmates. I've never seen anybody do that before.
