Totally irresponsible. Encouraging the use of a 410 for turkeys is the wrong message. It's not designed to be used like that. For TV guys to push this goes against every thing you have preached about ethical hunting. You over gun for deer, but under gun for turkeys. I'm done with you clowns.
Man are you serious?? Have you seen results out of today’s 410s with TSS ammo with a good choke tube? Please educate yourself before taking the time to just start typing and bashing. It’s a 40-45 yard gun all day, which would out perform most of any set up that we use to use 15-20 years ago. It’s crazy how far things have come. We hope you go watch some 410 videos, we didn’t just grab a 410 and go hunting. They have been transforming ammo and set ups for years. It’s crazy the results out of a 410, also allows youth to get involved and have an ethical chance of killing a Turkey at a young age and light the fire of Turkey hunting in them! Im not sure why you would disagree? Maybe they are promoting it, I choose to use the 835 with 4's, 3.5", 2 1/4 ounce loads. Preference. Personally, I am a fan of Chris. I believe he is one of the best turkey callers.

@@SmallTownHunting you damn right I'm serious. Not everyone is going to drop a ton of money on a 410 that may or may not do what you claim. My education has been almost 69 yrs of being behind the gun & I don't need a lecture from anyone on ballistics. What will happen is people will drag their old 410's out & start banging away. Unfortunately lots of turkeys will get crippled & run off & die. What I have over you is knowing people & what they try to mimic thinking because some clown on TV does it so can they. What you & every other TV hunter forgets is people take your recommendations as the gospel. I know how tough turkeys are to kill with a 12 guage & 3"#5's. All you are doing is helping others to cripple birds that shouldn't be
