Brother I have a 2.1 amplifier kit, the problem is that its transformer is very hot and the bass speaker sound very bad and not clear, I checked 2030 IC, 4558 IC but found no problem, the size of my bass speaker is 6 inches, it's the transformer. The two capacitors on the side were two capacitors with 25 volts of 2500 microfarad, what can I do now, sir.my transformer is 12-0-12 volt 3 amp

I have same circuit but when I replaced by subwoofer with other one . For few moments it worked well but after some time the IC near heat sink got on fire.

Meri circuit bhi yahi hai jo aapke pas hai .. meri board me resistors jal Gaye hain.circuit ke Sabse left me 1st IC ke neeche ek capacitor hai aur uske neeche four resistors Lage hain jo pure chaaro ke chaaro jal gae hain. Mujhe uski value pata karna hai ,, kaise karu ?? Please bataiye
Yaha aapko thoda dimag lagana hoga. Resistor jal gaya matlab mere kheyaal se wo output fuse hoga, aap ne output ko short kiya tha ya koi low ohm speaker lagaya hoga. To pehle check karo wo output line ke saath hai ki nehi, agar hai to ek ek channel me 2ohm 1watt resistor chahiye, to ho shakta hai board me char resistor ko series ya parallel aysa kuch connection karke 2ohm per channel banaya tha. Aap bhi wohi karo, 2ohm 1watt le aao, do channel me do laga do.

Sir iske side ke do speaker ka volume kayse control kare?(bass same rahega but side speaker o ka volume control kar paye )..??
Simple: 8pin bass IC ki pin 3 me do resistor se do audio channel connect hoti hai. Un dono resistor ka input side ko khol do, aur volume controller ke pehle se signal utha ke connection de do resistor me. Isko aap ek double channel switch se laga ke mode changable kar shakte hai.(common mode, separate mode)

@@mukeshchaudhari7292 waha capacitor nhi lagana Chahiye. Wo faltu me garam hoga, ic me bhi load dalega. Capacitor jodna hai to woofer ki ic ki voltage supply me jodna (TDA2030 ki). Pin3 negative (heatshink); pin5 positive capacitor ki voltage value 35 volt se kam nhi hona Chahiye
