EKTA (2005) - Documentary - English | 1974AD

Ekta was a documentary made by two dutch filmmakers, Paula and Ruth, hence the documentary is in English. It tells the story of the band from early 2000s and also talks about Rock Yatra, probably the biggest rock concert Nepal has ever seen.

I remember when my mama bought the satabdi album and he used to play every morning before our school.... Then i got into music...
And i even remember that 1974 came to Darjeeling for their first concert in gymkhana....
Me with friends attended that concert and enjoy a lot...
I dont remember that year....
And by luck got to meet phiroj sir, manoj sir , and adrian sir near keventers next morning ...i had a 100 rupees nepal currency in which i had all their signature..
But my bad luck lost the wallet with those memoriablia..
Allways was fan...
And after reunion still u all motivate us....

Me and My friends nearly died in the crowd outside the gate. Thanks go to Nepal Police for that life-saving LATHI-CHARGE. we somehow managed to get inside the Stadium. Feels great to be part of the Historic Concert of Nepal.
