    Great video, very well played out. I like how when you're describing this you just pick up the dice and roll them, no messing around with the set. Get right to the point. After watching these past couple videos, I have changed my whole way of playing to this style with the DP since I only play on my vacations in a RC casino. I more play the Iron Cross hybrid of this. Step #1 get past the come out, Step #2 hedge the point with the Nine and play $10 on the field, Step #3 collect enough in your rack to break even, all this should be done in three rolls. After I have completely broken even, I press everything till about the tenth roll and then I pull down to $110 inside and start over. Taking profits during a roll earns Zero comp points. When I point out I start over with a DP with what I have on the table and shift to protect the DP. Recycle every ten rolls.
    Have a great time on the trip. Lounge during the day, enjoy a nice dinner, theater every night and casino after. Repeat for five, six, seven days or whatever.

    Nice rollout for a very solid strategy. Haven’t seen you this excited about craps and taking your game to the table, since you started making videos! I wish you well Jeremy. One thing I noticed is that when you deal, play, talk and all the rest of it to make an entertaining video, it’s very hard to keep track of your rack. This will of course be easier with others dealing and you just focusing on your game and where you are in your rack. So if you see a 15 plus role ➡️ Go ahead and take your profit! Nobody ever went broke in craps -by regressing.

    One of the things I’ve wanted to understand on this strategy is how long do you really have to play? You did about a half hour here so if this is rated at $200 an hour, in order to get a free cruise what’s the table hours you’re going to have to spend through the week? And how do you know if they’re watching? At a busy table, with a strategy like this, I would want to make darn sure the pit boss is watching.

    • @howitreallyiz
      @howitreallyiz Před 5 měsíci

      It's about 3 hours a night but on a one week cruise but it depends on how well you do, if you lose your nightly bank roll in 1-2 hours on the first 2 nights you need to play for about 3 hours a night for the remaining nights and at least break even

    • @jimklemens5018
      @jimklemens5018 Před 5 měsíci

      The pit boss will typically look at your bets for the first three or four rolls in a hand and enter your average bet.
      They will look at your average bet about every 10 to 15 minutes and adjust if needed.

    • @ColorUp
      @ColorUp  Před 5 měsíci +1

      If you are doing 200 points an hour. You’d need about 6 hours of play total. Spread across the nights as you like. The boxmsn were pretty active at watching and adjusting. I did feel like I got rated by some boxmsn more than others. Unfortunately it’s still not an exact science.

  • @jaxjags1995
    @jaxjags1995 Před 4 měsíci

    Why do you not press up your point bet up to $75 on the 5&9 and $90 on the 6&8 after the come out roll and you hit the first 2 numbers? This way if the point is hit you are paid $105 for the point and lose $100 on the don’t pass.

    • @ColorUp
      @ColorUp  Před 4 měsíci +1

      Because the 6/8 pressed to $60, pays $70 and has the $30 profit on it. So if point loses, yes you lose $100, but get paid $70 and can just lower your 6/8 back down to $30. There is your $100.
      Same situation with 5/9. Press to $50, it pays $70 and you can pull $25 profit back off for $95 total.
      You can add more to those numbers, but no more is needed for a full hedge.

  • @mikerentz5495
    @mikerentz5495 Před 5 měsíci

    I get free cruises all the time. The threshold for points isn't that high for a free cruise. If you play double tap, triple lux, or any other type of strategy to get your money out and then press and collect the house money will earn you a cruise. Some keys: 1) don't play the pass unless you're shooting, 2) make sure you watch your bets, cruise dealers aren't the best at craps, 3) tip often and generously.

    • @mikerentz5495
      @mikerentz5495 Před 5 měsíci

      My next cruise in April I will be playing $110 inside and after two hits, will regress to $64 across and then press and collect. A $110 avg bet will earn me a free cruise with only a couple of sessions a day AND give me the opportunity to win big. Hedging strategies puts way too much money on the table.

    • @ColorUp
      @ColorUp  Před 5 měsíci

      For sure play as you like. Some of boxmsn I saw were very active of watching and adjusting points. your regression would look more like 80-90 points. Which may be 13-15 hours of play. You’d have more upside to win more for sure, but also more risk to lose a lot more without hedge. You don’t want to lose $1000 to win a $1000 cruise.

    • @ColorUp
      @ColorUp  Před 5 měsíci

      So when you take profits of $30 and then fully hedge a point of 6. You now have $60 on it. If it hits, you lose $100 DP, but get paid $70 for place 6. You also have that $30 profit on 6, you can remove and there is your $100. So can’t win any, but also can’t lose any. Fully hedged on the point number. As opposed to $100?
      So you put $0 on 4 or 10 point. The 7 rolls, and you lose $100.
      Now, what is it if you put $50 ($2 vig) hedge.
      You lose $100, but win $100.
      Thus, you are out $2 vs $100.
      You put $100 back on do not pass and $2 vig. Meanwhile, your other numbers remain the same.

    My one criticism of how you rolled this strategy is that you don't pull the DP when you should. With the last roll, you were definitely out of the hand and on the casino's dime... but lost $400 of profit on the DP. If you get the lay-out covered in profit _and the point gets hit_ just leave the DP off and play the box. If you don't regress back to your original $100 spread, then the DP back up makes no logical sense.

    • @ColorUp
      @ColorUp  Před 2 měsíci

      This is for cruise points, it’s much better to leave money on table and just hedge the DP by place betting it. This keeps your avg bet size up much higher.

    • @justinkarnes3276

      @@ColorUp I guess it really depends on how the house (land or sea) does your rating. On every table I've ever played, the pit boss will keep a running total of your bets out after 4-5 rolls and then calculate your ADT based off that and _then they don't update it unless you request it_.
      If your boat is the same way and you get that DP hit after your ADT is established, it won't hurt your points in any way.
      OTOH, if you have some kind of unique eye-in-the-sky instant rating system (or roll-to-win), then I'm flat out wrong... but I haven't heard of many places using something like this because the image recognition systems just aren't at this point yet.
