Just bought the V-1 last month. Great detector. Be sure to buy the Bluetooth adapter so you can use Yavi1 on the Android phone or V1driver for the iPhone. Those two apps will provide you with GPS lockouts for false alerts. But if you want to know more just checkout a CZcams channel called "vortex radar". He'll provide all kinds of info on the V-1.
