i dont think it affects the TS skill, but is AGI is great for flee (wich for me is the best thing in a stalker) and yes, it is possible to sneak normal attacks.

Kung maglalagay ka vit instead of agi.. Hindi ganun kabilis umatake yung charater plus wala pang flee. Sayang ang dodge passive skill ng thief. Vit is for defense, plus maxHP and plus regeneration of HP
base on my experience. I really get bored when I follow that agi-dex build in my thief cuz I'm using daggers. so I think it's best to allocate your points to str-agi in your thief then use eternal rock to reset your stats when you reach rogue then follow the agi-dex build. you could get eternal rock in your growth pack when you reach level 30.
What gear did you switch for PvP? I see you used sight accessory and the VR tail equip, which accessory did you switch or what equip modification ?

You need more than 50% S size dmg. Which is 55% thats why he is using ninja suit +5 to get the L size dmg 5% for 2x mino card 50% L size

for starters go agi first and get the skill for zenny and mats drop, before i use to farm minorous card thats whrete most of my zenny came from
