I grew up in England and have a Nigerian background. Kenya has always eclipsed Nigeria on the sports field even though Nigeria has four times the number of people.

We all know that West Africa is not living up to its full potential.
India has more population than most places but there are not a lot of Indians that are making it to the Olympic so population is irrelevant but the quality of the training , genetics and self determination make the difference in the Olympic in terms of who wins or loses.

On July 27, a Japanese referee misjudged a volleyball match between Korea and Kenya. Despite the obvious misjudgment in the VAR reading, she did not reversed until the end. She made it clear that she was not qualified to judge the game.
