HAWAII STYLE CORNED BEEF HASH PATTIES RECIPE

You probably have all the ingredients in your fridge and pantry right now. Right? LOL! It's an easy meal to whip up and it totally reminds me of my childhood. I remember in elementary school, there was an Okazuya right across the street. My friends and I would always get a bento box whenever we had a field trip. I'd order, chow fun, shoyu chicken, and a side of corned beef hash. I would get the same order every time I went in there. What are some of your childhood memories of Okazuya bentos?

Have you ever thought of putting parchment on top to protect and then a second baking sheet and pressing down to make uniform pattys all at once? I know I loved finding this little trick so I’m paying it forward (wiggling the top sheet helps get the middle ones). Love your recipes! Mahalo

Yes; I recommend that you bake it or put it in an air fryer to warm it up, when you take it out of the freezer.

Flouring it and deep frying it made it come out weird...not what I'm used to. I saw another video where they just pan fried it with a little oil and no flour...I'm gonna do that next time.
