I would argue efficiency as well. Anyone to accomplish a big goal has to put a lot of time into it, I agree some aspects could be looked at as unhealthy, but I think more of this is efficiency in terms of why everyone else is far behind.
I mean, they all play too much. We just watch as viewers to see the progress.
He was easily 2.5x more efficient than them. He probably only played 2-6 hours more than them a day

On rs3 it's super easy to afk to 120 I did it personally look up a guide for your level like what to kill but just bring an aggro pot and mage or melee and set your ability rotation for aoe abilities
