UPDATE: If you're looking for a tutorial, I just posted a new and MUCH improved one!! czcams.com/video/RRZO17x_3sE/video.html
This is the best and easiest to follow "not a tutorial" I have found for a stuffed animal hammock! Thank you for posting it!
Thank you, I'm glad it was helpful!
UPDATE: I am making another one with two chains between each double crochet instead of one and it is shaping up to be more of an equilateral triangle, rather than a pizza!
I'm actually making this for my yarns ! 😂😍 It's been going really well so far. Thanks ❤️
2 chains between work better than 1!!!
Thank you! 💕
I am in love with this project! Making 2 of those for my kids.
@@nadiakononenko6769 so I’m new to crochet a bit and I’m trying to figure out what 2chains between work means. I know what chains are of course but what does the between work mean? I hate the pizza one and want one that is more equal. Please help.
@@hachikyoki7712 Oh, I meant it works better if to chain 2 instead of 1 between the double crochet. In this case every row starts with:
chain 4, double crochet, chain 2 (instead of chain1 as in the video), double crochet....
These changes make the work wider and it stretches better!
The very last row in my work I crochet like the video pattern says:
chain 4, double crochet, chain 1, double crochet....
It equals the whole project on the sides.
Keep trying and do not lose hope! You can do it!🤗
If you still have any questions, I'd be happy to help!
@@nadiakononenko6769 thank u 🫶🏻
I've used this pattern three times for my squishmallows!!!
That's amazing! I'm sure they look right at home
love this, it's exactly what I'm making mine for!
Thank you for sharing this video! I've been searching for a hanging net I can crochet to store my yarn stash without having to make the floor space for a shelf :) TYSM
Sure thing! There is a printable version on the blog I linked if that's easier to follow. Happy crocheting!
Thankyou for this easy to follow video. I've been wanting to make one of these for ages and didn't have a pattern. I found your video today and, ta-da, just finished it tonight. Very happy, now to hang it up....
Yay!
I really enjoyed working on this project, because it worked up so quickly. Thank you!
Thank you for sharing. I’ve made one and my daughter loves it
Okay. You have me laughing my ass off because it’s like sitting and watching myself make a video…. If I was ever together enough to make a video. You’re like… my soul human. 🤣 thanks for the video! Making this pattern for my kids stuffies. With the addition of the extra chain.
Omg thank you :D I feel so awkward lol but I'm glad you enjoy it!! Hope your project turned out amazing
I love crochet with me videos!! The stuffy hammock turned out great!!
Thanks! It's really easy to make you should try!
Loved it . Thank you so much ❤️😍
No problem!
Thank you for this video, I got this pattern and was confused on how to start it!
Glad I could help!
Thank you so much! Using this for my kids' stuffies that they dont play with yet dont want to donate.
That's a great idea!
im gonna put the plushies i crocheted myself in dis🥰
Yay!!
Super simple tutorial thanks!
😁
U r sooo pretty!SO CUTE OMGGG
i have that exacted yarn color and everything!
I love this combo! :D
So I don’t know if I j just haven’t crocheted enough but did any one else’s kinda curve upward when they were just starting it?
Feel free to send me a pic on insta, maybe I can figure it out!
I’d love a beginner friendly tutorial!!
Thank you for telling me! I'll let you know when I make one!! Hopefully I'll have some time soon
Awesome-
For some reason I tried to do this and the entire thing curled up. I even did steam blocking but it looks nothing like a triangle and more like a weird coral. I’m assuming it’s because I used acrylic yarn but I’ve never had this curling problem before????
Weird! Did you remember to turn every row and not accidentally work down the sides? I had to frog a couple rows because I accidentally did that
I've used acrylic and haven't had an issue so I don't think it would be that
can this hold a cat
Possibly if you hang it up securely! I would be concerned about their paws going through the mesh. A single crochet design would probably be best
What did you use to hang it up?
Clear push pins!
@@hobbymoth thanks!
I cant do this does noone do it normal my autism cant with all the circles fuck
