Ingredients:
Ginger - 25 gm
Radish - 50 gm
Cauliflower - 100 gm
Carrot - 50 gm
Garlic Cloves - 25 gm
Green chillies - 25 gm
Mustard seeds - 2 tbsp
Fennel seeds - 2 tbsp
Coriander seeds - 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds -1 tbsp
Black peppers -1/2 tbsp
Fenugreek seeds -1/2 tbsp (optional)
Turmeric powder - 3/4 tbsp
Red chilli powder - 2 tbsp
Dry mango powder -1 tbsp
Carom seeds (ajwain)- 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Vinegar - 1.5 tbsp
Mustard oil -1 cup

Once upon a time i mean in the year 2013 i have gone to cooking class for asking about the fees structure and all..but they were taking too much..my father told not to join cooking classes..i started crying..because when i was small i always used to watch the cooking programs in the television..from that onwards it was my dream to learn advanced cooking..but when my father told me not to go to cooking classes..at that time we were having money problem..the fees was not affordable also..i never thought that i would be able to cook delicious food..i thought in you tube we will not get good channels who explains each and everything very well..i thought by watching youtube channels if we make food..it will surely fail..but after watching your channel now i think that why to go to cooking classes..everything my favorite kabita ma'am is explaining step by step..each and every concepts..when i tried your recipes none of the recipes failed..even if we are making something and if my recipes have not turned out tasty.. i always think that next time we can make more better..practice makes a man perfect..by watching your channel my confidence developed..i learnt plenty of responsibilities in my life..i became mature..now my parents are happy with me..all the credit goes to you only..i always love to appreciate you so that u will get more and more excitement and energy when u r doing too much hardwork for us..its my motto..if you are doing too much hardwork for us its our duty to appreciate you..now i think that having a you tube channel like yours..is a great blessing..love you soooooooooooooo much Kabita ma'am❤❤❤❤❤❤❤💞💞💞💞💞💞💖💖💖💖💖💖

Kabita ji kuch time phele mayne garlic ka achar khaya tha meri friend laye thi . Aasa test tha jese lal mirch or lehsun ki chatni sil bate par piss kar usmay kuch sabut lahsun add kar diya ho .... Wo achar abhi tak may bhuli nahi or naa hi you tube par kahi dekha spicy 🔥 lehsun ka aacha 😋
