#1. This relationship started in 2011 and it always had issues. In 2017 she ghosted me in the middle of a discussion and she came back on the end of January 2024. We broke up in the past Thursday. When she came back I noticed she got more mature and she said she was handling some issues she had I was not aware of in the past. As always, I told her I'd be willing to help but this time I'm feeling tired and spent so the strength of this help wouldn't be like in the past. For the first time I noticed she was really trying to put some effort in the connection. I was always the giver, while she was the taker. She told me she had a relationship during this time we were apart and that it was not good for her, the guy was abusive. Due to the issues she has, it is easy for her to connect to people she has no feelings for. So now I was able to understand why it was so painful to me, since the beginning. It hurt me a lot to see she was able to give more to a person who treated her poorly while with me, she always did the bare minimum. I started to feel like in the past, not loved, rejected and I started to see the same patterns happening again. I was not in her life effectively, I felt she was just fitting me where she could, without any kind of priority. I froze my life to try this relationship with her, I gave my all, while receiving little. By doing that, I just expected to build a relationship with her, that was what I always fought for. Everything would be fine if she took a single action that would mean we were really together (not sex). She never did that and this time she just told me she was feeling too insecure to take that action. Yes, I feel I spent 13 years of my life for nothing but even so, I can't hate her. This time I just couldn't handle a relationship that was going nowhere and that she gave to the other person something she never gave me (not sex). I know she learned and matured but it was not enough. Thanks for the reading!

@@saralowe5306 I thought some time ago that she was using me but it's not it. She is lost. She thinks she is a piece of crap, undeserving of love and good things. She doesn't fight for what she wants, she fights for what other people want her to fight. She is a mess. It's time for me to move on and find someone who would treat me the way I deserve, someone that recognizes and put value on the effort I do. Thanks for your words.

Pile 2:My person has always ran hot and cold with me. This past January I received a New Year’s card from them that looked very promising. It appeared that they were more open to a commitment situation. I responded in kind without being pervy or obnoxious about it. But since then then they have grown lukewarm and distant again. I think they are driven by a spur of the moment desire depending on their mood at the moment. This is not good. So even if they should come forward and say the things I’ve been waiting for them to say, who knows when their mood will change again?

Yes!! Third party keeps interfering my partner 😭 but they are actually influencing him in the wrong direction which is to be blocked off to emotions and move on and only solely believe God will figure it all out.
