With a microwave, toaster oven, air fryer, instant pot, and sink, renovation life is good!
We are hoping the sink can stay as long as possible!

I loved that you walked us through the house while describing your plans for the space! That's so much better than a simple before and after. Good luck in your Reno. We did a Reno at our house last year. We added a Master bedroom suite on the Main Floor , because we are seniors and minded the stairs, but loved our location. The Reno was kinda stressful, so many decisions to make, even though we thought we had those all made. 😊But, we got through it and we love our new space. We had to make some compromises, with everything so expensive, there were a few decorative things that I wanted that I didn’t get. But, I am still very happy with the end result. Try not to get too stressed and remember, your going to love it when it’s done and it will get done!

This video is excellent showing what you will be doing! I cannot wait to see the whole process and end result! It will be beautiful and exactly what you want! I love remodels ( more than a new build )! When we did our kitchen reno, years ago in our California home , it was two months . We also, moved a wall , took away the front door and added on square feet . Lots of eating out ! Only had the microwave, sink in the bathroom. But we survived and you will as well! 🎉😘🙏🏼
It’s always helpful to think that there will eventually be an end date. And then it will all be worth it☺️

We bought it for the location and land. Our only goal in moving was to get closer to the community we lived and worked in daily. When location is #1, and a huge shortage on houses on the market, we knew we would have to renovate to make it our own.

I missed why you moved? Are you renting out the other house? Do you and your husband love to buy houses and flip the ? You do a great job,I wouldn’t want the stress of redoing a house specially if you live in it at the same time.
We moved to be closer to school and work. ☺️ The other house was sold to a family we hope is enjoying it!

Hi Sara! Are you guys super wealthy? You had a fully renovated home before, a lake air b and b and now a even bigger home?
We actually downsized significantly coming to this house. Half the square footage and half the acreage of our last house. We also sold the lake house. But we budget based on our income, which will be different from everyone else.

Maybe you can make a video about moving hack or moving mindset. Or daily good habits that make you feel free to move anytime!
