Is there anything that you can do about arthritis?
Do you have anything on how to self-adjust ribs? I had an anterior interbody thoracolumbar fusion 4/16/07 after a car accident. Ever since then my ribs subluxate and the pain is terrible, like I'm being stabbed by my own body every time I take a breath. An old PT told me to lay on a tennis ball, breathe out, and press down. It only works on the right side and it HURTS. It won't work on the left where the issue is worse. Any tricks you can give me to help with this daily problem? I'm a Medicare patient so doctors copays can be prohibitive. Thanks in advance :)

Lay on someone else's stomach.
Planking is also one of the few exercises you can do to firm up tummies and decrease their size. Yep... even better than sit ups in some cases! And... you can pretend to be Superman! 🤣😂🤣😂
Looks like your shoulder is also getting rounded 🫣
