Hi, I was lacking motivation and honestly I was spinning my wheels in terms of what I wanted and how I was as a man. I watched your videos, on various topics, especially ones on confidence. In recent days, my stress levels have been noticeably low, which has improved my sleep. Furthermore, I've also become focused and engaged with activities. From my experience, if you haven't started meditating, I strongly recommend it. If so, it will be interesting to hear your experiences.

I love your process of success, I'm not very good at any of that. It just made me think of how I would handle situations like that. I'm not a very social person so sometimes I feel lonely but then this makes me start a life plan as a teenager.

@@randomjoe334 Hey Joe, thanks for asking. I've obviously haven't been able to apply everything improvement pill has suggested. However, I've been meditating, on average 30 minutes each day. In recent days, my stress levels have been noticeably low, which has improved my sleep. Furthermore, I've also become focused and engaged with activities.
From my experience, if you haven't started meditating, I strongly recommend it. If so, it will be interesting to hear your experiences.
