I would like to confirm that this compressor doesn't have a problem filling a 2 liter tank to 3000 psi in less than 45 minutes, depending on your location and ambient temps. Operating temp does not rise above 36 degrees celsius (maximum temp shouldn't exceed 80). I just hope it lasts, now i refill my smaco 2 liter everyday and dive in my pool every day until i get time to go to the wilderness
Your review was very encouraging just got mine today it work fine 👍
Thanks. And good to hear!
SO COOL
because of u i bought this and i love it thanxs.
Awesome to hear that!
Neat piece of gear. The compressor's not that loud, but that cooling fan is ridiculous. I wonder what the CFM is, and what it can be replaced with.
Glad you made a video! Mine arrived without a manual but had everything else!
Being an engineer, i had to take it apart and check the build before I used it .
After the cover was off, I noticed the brass elbow for the pump inlet was loose and one of the 4 bolts holding the top part of pump together was loose also. So I removed the bolt and used red locktite and a torque wrench to reinstall them.
I used a quick connect air hose fitting on the outside front connected by hose to the pumps air inlet. I made a dry air filter out of 24” of pvc 2 1/2” pipe filled with desssicant and quick connect fitting on that to. Where I live is about an average of 85 % humidity.
Which would equal about .6 ml of water per full and in a while would ruin the pump.
Expensive large compressors have dry air intake filter so why not build one for this??
Good idea taking it apart first. And nice, yeah that sounds like a great upgrade. I'm sure you didn't need my video since it sounds like you're pretty capable. I appreciate you checking it out though!
BTW, I bought mine on eBay for 299.00. Free shipping.
Not bad!
@Air cooled Still working great.
Good 👍👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️
seems like according to the temp guage anyway it managed to reach an equilibrium of only 16c? wonder if anything inside was getting toast after 15minutes or if the worry over heat is more so for climates where its 40c ambient, be curious to see how much volume it could handle before giving up, ive seen alot of offroad guys run CO2 tanks they pay to have filled to a few thousand psi and regulate down to 150 to have air on the trail.. could be a free alternative for that and let you be a little more liberal with your air on the trail, if it didnt like that and overheated a timer for the wall outlet wouldnt be hard to rig up run it 30 minutes on 30 minutes off
Hello - I've been trying to find the max decibel rating during filling a large scuba tank @4500psi. Do you have any info on this? Thanks, Bob
What does E4 mean on my display when hooked up to my car? Everything is good and there's no issues it just flashed the E4 when I was done filling my air gun
Status check? Is it still working? ..working much?
I noticed the aquascooter on your workbench, do you have a video of you working on it?
Looks good.. is it still functioning two years on?
can i use this to fill 2 liter tank on 2-3 sessions.
Will this fill airforce texan .490tank and so how long does it take?
Word on the street is this compressor shouldn't be used over 3500-3800 psi. I noticed on the gage it shows RED for any fill over 200 bar?
Hi how much that cost that air compressor. Thanks
With any of these the issue is longevity. Can guarantee it won’t be good running that little guy 15 minutes at a crack. Really should be used only for smaller air tube guns.
Yeah I guess we'll see how long she lasts
@@NNKH2 how long did it last
HI, I think you have the hose backwards filter belongs at the compressor
Looks like the Gx-e-cs3 compressor, Wher the manufacture don't answer emails and don't give you any replacement parts to buy anywhere.
This in the video sounds really loud, much louder than my gx-e-cs3 compressor.
I hope people are not breathing this Chinese Oil-Water Air, a Breathing Unit, spend about $4,500US...I have entire shelf full of the FAILED (usually less than one month Amazon Returns window when under daily use) GX2 and GX3 portables. and over 20 broken Yong Hengs-keeping UNDER 50celcius with 10gall Distilled water. ...if you shoot daily, BIG BORE, in hundreds or a thousand rounds a day....they BREAK fast. and are like a sloth. and NOT A SINGLE WORD OF SUPPORT, from manufacturer either. Been there and do it, and have Asurion pay me for ALL the broken ones on Protection Plans. Garbage. Hill English.
How can I get in touch with ToAuto for repairs on my compressor.
Hi! Is the Air compressor still working? Thanks
Yes. Although I've only used it a handful of times
Where can I buy one ?
Will this work for paintball?
not if you play much. then it will break after a few dozen fills.... in a month.
Aquest compressor no es apte per omplir botelles per respirar sota l'aigua, perquè l'oli del compressor va directe dins la botella. Per carregar les botelles d'aire comprimit per submarinistes necessites un compressor de membranes que funciona sense oli.
But the only thing that sucks about the compressor is it I'm constantly filling my air gun! 😆 And there's not enough daytime or pellets
Hope u have the proper high pressure breathing air oil in there. And that small filter was for pcp tanks not "breathing" air. Your gonna destroy your lungs
Does it still work???
Yea
@@NNKH2 damn after years? is the air okay, I want to fill a 2 liter smaco
The main problem is too noisy, why can't they build more quieter compressor, it's like a rice mill
I just want to add a note here because your video shows you filling a bottle specifically for human inhalation. True "breathing" air compressors use a special oil in the compressor. It isn't just the air being filtered and dry. Just saying.
This compressor is oilless
@@NNKH2 But it's full of grease. Not healthy to breathe.
1000 psi cut off error
The problem is all this compressor is too noisy
Um that’s not breathable quality air. Lmao
Why do you say that?
It's funny you even say that though. I work in an automotive shop. With brake dust and chemicals flying through the air every day. Talk about not breathable air. Lol
It’s just not. There are compressors made that filter air to breath quality. This just isn’t one. To each their own though. I mean I guess we all probably breath stuff as bad. Is this compressor still working well?
@@Light_357 do you see that large brass serrated piece? that has activated carbon and mesh filters inside it is definitely breathable air
@@terencemckenna9630 I guess if you wan to believe that. I would personally want some data to support it. Trace analytics sells test kits and will perform various tests to tell what exactly is in the air.
Not for breathing air.
It's an oilless air compressor and has an inline filter. It's fine
@@NNKH2 It's your life, I suggest you do more research.
@@mrsensibletimewastingarrog4185 I did. which verified its fine. especially for occasional use. Hope that helps answer your question. Also, the air coming from this compressor is way cleaner than the brake dust, chemical infused air that's in basically every automotive shop. And I survived that so far... Now go back to your sheltered desk job. Lol jk. Appreciate the concern man.
Lol fill a tank in 25 minutes? What a piece of junk. I can hand pump from empty to 3625psi in under 4 minutes.why would anyone want that slow junk? People need to stop being lazy.
Cool story bro
Some people like myself have major health issues and just cant hand pump, and cant afford the $1k machines. 🤷
You should let them fans run untill the temps drop
