- A guide to the Rip n’ Tear trophy in the Dead Island 2 Sola DLC. This trophy requires killing 5 zombies with the supercharged Ripper which can be bought at the vending machine in graces compound. To supercharge the weapon simply get kills in quick succession with it until it begins sparking. This trophy also requires bisecting 5 enemies with a saw blade launcher which is unlocked for finishing the DLC. The best way to bisect an enemy is to aim at the torso and fully charge up the saw blade shot, which causes it to fire much more powerfully and hopefully cut the enemy in half.

Yeah it absolutely mows through enemies but I’ve noticed its durability is really bad. Great for chaotic encounters though.
If u have an xbox what button helped u tear them up? When I used the reg weapon button I was just cutting them. 😮😅
You have to charge the weapon by killing multiple enemies for it to begin spinning, after that I mainly just used heavy attacks (holding down the attack button to charge it up).

How do you get more ammo for the saw blade
You can either craft it or buy it from the vending machine.
Do you know where the key is for locker y51?
I don’t specifically know off the top of my head which locker that is as there are a few that are locked in that same room. But I’ve found multiple keys just walking around the different areas, as you can generally spot the named enemies from afar before going in to engage.

Is this dlc free?
No it’s $15, but it is included in the season pass.
