You should use a cheat table that locks your car health when doing this stuff, it'll save you time.

m8 you need to use the Regera. Up the RPM Range, increase the grip but stay realistic (i think 4 is too much, try 3 or 2) and you should have your new fastest car

Mate if you're on PC, try to use a trainer/cheat table to get the immune of damage meter. That way it wont be problem for you to experiment the speeds

I wonder if you can change each individual gear ratio in the files... I'm looking to make some more "down to Earth" tunes, where all I do is make the car's gears feel like a race car (Gear ratio gaps get shorter the higher you go in the gearbox)
Have you tried manual shifting and taking off in 6th gear? Might give you a little more control on acceleration.
