And that is what you call the TREASURE EFFECT. They are YG's hidden treasures hence their name. Each member is awesomely talented and together as a group they have that edge that sets them apart from other groups. Talent (vocals, rap and dance)✅, Visuals ✅, Stage presence/charisma ✅, Extremely likeable personalities ✅. Surely a group to watch out for.

They are the youngest group from YG where legendary group who have been dominating kpop since 2nd generation like Bigbang, 2NE1, and PSY, for 3rd generation like Winner, AKMU, iKON and Blackpink and now for 4th generation, Treasure .
Most of the members have been training in YG for a couple of years and some of them already knew each other even from the japanese members as the japanese members been visiting Korea during summer to train together with korean trainees and then they were put into survival show to determine who is going to debut. They survival show is YG Treasure Box or YGTB which started around October 2018 and ended December 2018. They are supposed to be 2 units Treasure which consist 7 members and Magnum 6 members but if they promote together they will be Treasure13 but one of them left because he think his fit as a solo artist. So YG announced the changes and decided to debut them together as 12 and just called Treasure.
Before they debut, they have TMap episodes in their YT channel. This helps them get to know each other better ( although some of them been training together for quite awhile) since 4 of them are japanese so its helpful for them to form a genuine brotherhood first rather than debuting them and they will only perform as a group but not family. And now they finally debut, and you can see them very close to each other and very comfortable. If you watc YGTB survival show and TMap episodes you will love them. They are so relatable.

they are so talented when I first got more into them I was scared at how good they actually are. they have like 6 main vocalists, insanely good rappers and are all incredible dancers. watch their dance cover of wild for the night and the vocal cover of wayo (5 of the members) to see what I mean. they have loads of pre-debut covers tho they're all good

treasure is a group debuted this August 7,2020 . It consist of 12 members (8 Koreans and 4 Japanese) . They are also from YGent , they we're formed during YGTB.
They had a debut hiatus back then 2019, sadly they lost a lot of fans in South Korea but when January 2020 they had a pre debut contents that revive their hype internationally but it was really slow when they grow.
Pre-debut content: Treasure map, TMI, 3-minute Treasure, Fact check and T-Talk.

well girl you're not alone a lot of reactors are saying that they look like professionals & not rookies coz of the way they perform & i can't agree more coz they really are the best rookies...as for the other groups that i follow since debut i love their seniors with all my heart the best girl group in the world right now...BLACKPINK! if you know & watch them you'll know that they really came from the same company coz YG artists are really good performers & i also like their other seniors like BiGBang 2ne1 & Ikon...it's hard to pick a bias from Treasure coz they're all soo good i just love all my babies they're like my children!
