This was our exact issue, the installer was slamming the top plastic trim holding the magnetic sensor in and it fell out. I was able to fix it and enjoy my new fridge. Thanks Hisense!
Is there a possibility, to teset the whole fridge?Ive got the same an the fridge is only Making crushed ice and not cubed
