Yeah, flaw in this is it might have got out in 4wd low only, but we'll never know. When you did have the sandbag & winch doing it all it was rolling level.
Hi from Australia I just read your comment and thought you might like my set up, some Australian locations and camp cook ups Cheers and safe travels Out There Touring
The spare tire will make a much stronger anchor at zero cost. Also, you would have been a lot safer leaving out the D-ring and attaching the soft shackle directly to the anchor lines. The only thing you did was adding a thing that could have come flying... btw, I'm totally not convinced your chute would have stayed buried if you had used only the winch to get the jeep out . This scenario, you could just have driven out without putting much load on the chute... Hell, it's basically what you did, it's why it was so easy to winch the chute out afterward instead of having to dig it out... I understand the need of sponsoring, but you shouldn't sell out to just any company making a useless product.
Cool Jeep, cool recovery kit. But you weren’t stuck. Lol. Just the 4 LO locked all around is what really got you out. Go do it again and bury the Jeep all 4 wheels. Turn on 4 low but disable any lockers That would be impressive to watch.
The goal of this video was to just demonstrate how the product works. It really is a great product but i also wasn’t about to sink my jeep a few feet in to the sand just to show how a product works . If i was getting paid good money to make the video then maybe i would have taken the risk of maybe causing damage 😂
My 2004 S-10 Blazer ($1,200) with a 4in lift and 33s ($1,600) goes anywhere you Jeep boys go. I've been everywhere at the OBX and never been stuck. I pull Jeeps out all the time. I will admit that I do have 4.56 gears with lockers. ($1,600)
I worked in Arica and got my Toyota Hilux stuck in a river at a river crossing. No trees to winch from. I buried the spare tire in the sand on the river bank. It worked, but was pretty stressful.
Nice product review. I was wondering how well one worked. I like the light weight and easy packing aspect. You should have brought a full size shovel for that dig would have been easier on you'r back. I like keeping my stuff nice too but its a jeep if you don't get scratches or battle scars then why have one. Its like leaving your toys in the box. LOL....
Hi from Australia I just read your comment and thought you might like my set up, some Australian locations and camp cook ups Cheers and safe travels Out There Touring
Dig a big hole for a large piece of drift wood, attach your winch line to the drift wood. That's what you do when you forget to load in your Deadman Off-Road product.
Tools and tricks are nice but you could have done the same thing just by burying your spare tire into the sand. Then run a strap thru the holes in the rim.
in my opinion land anchors are more effective .. the more you pull it the deeper it digs no need for you yourself to dig the hole... granted the deadman is much better for storage ... but under very harsh conditions the land anchors perform better.. good review nonetheless.

I would like to have you seen you try to get unstuck in 2wd or if need be in 4wd high and so on as needed until you got out. Definitely go to know though.
Good video!👍 great demo! Interior is pretty sick. 👍👍 be careful out there digging holes....never know if someone's already in them. Is New York right?? Lol
Well i guess since u turned on your front lock and your front wheel werent stuck at all that was enough to pull u over but anyway you did some sport digging
Like at the same time that is a very good idea might have to buy one for this summer even though we don’t got much sand around here besides the beach up here in upper peninsula mostly mud and some crawling
You could do that but my spare tire also weighs over 100lbs and you run the risk of causing some damage to the wheel. Personally i prefer this method it’s faster and more convenient.
To much work. There is a product that I saw in a magazine article better than 10 years ago that is a steel wedge shape w/ a metal loop formed in. You pound one or two into the soil/sand, connect your winch to the loop or a connecting strap between two wedges & start pulling. Off the top of my head I can't remember the name of the product but it was featured in an article in 4-Wheel & Off Road Magazine. It was certainly simpler then having to dig a hole & it was easy to carry. By this time, every Off-Road shop might offer it or know about it. OR maybe there were Liability issues & it's not offered anymore. Was a slick product. I can't see digging in rocky clay w/ only bushes around.
Can you give us a tutorial on how to drive on sand ? And yes I was wondering how you were going to get that anchor out of the sand. Amazing video. Thanks.
Tim McEneany : no need to worry... it's not really first gen... diesel engines have been available in jeeps in Europe before today and the diesel engine that will now be put in the American version is actually a fiat engine which has been around longer...
WHY DOES MY JEEP COST $90,000? (EVERY MOD I HAVE) HERE IS THE PROOF czcams.com/video/_2dQpWozLj4/video.html
JMC RIDES why does it matter how much it cost ?
Because it pulls in views 😂😂
JMC RIDES your honesty has gained my respect 💪💪 nice Jeep

I’d like to see a video of this product being used on the jeep when it’s fully stuck with 4wd on

I saved $750 by carrying a 12 pack and finding 3 homeless guys to dig it out for me.
I saved a ton buying an XJ
@@guyfrom8654 lmao 😂
I have done the same thing but instead of a fancy parachute I use my spare tire.
Yea the problem with me using my tire is that it weighs At least 100lbs or more so mounting on the tire carrier sucks 😂
Do you even lift bro ?
He is probably afraid he will scratch the spare🤦♂️🤦♂️

you know a fluke style anchor works just as well with no digging we used 2 of them to recover 26 ton vehicles in the military
We do that in Qatar and Saudi with our cruisers every other day
And egypt
I worked in Arica and got my Toyota Hilux stuck in a river at a river crossing. No trees to winch from. I buried the spare tire in the sand on the river bank. It worked, but was pretty stressful.
Probably didn't need the "D" shackle.
If you release two reins of the parachute and pull it , it simply slips and there is no well left
Put the front tiers in the same holes the return to RWD and digging again for the rear tiers to make all tiers under ground
Very cool product! And much easier than burying my spare tire to hook to! 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

When I was a kid we just carried a T-post.... Worked great, we never dug a hole and it worked elsewhere too... $2.99.
Dig a big hole for a large piece of drift wood, attach your winch line to the drift wood. That's what you do when you forget to load in your Deadman Off-Road product.
Couldn't you have used the soft shackle to attach the four points to your thimble and done away with the steel D ring? Just wondering.
Hey man next time you want a Jeep built bring it to us. With 90k you could have had a V8 and aftermarket axles.
awesome vid awesome jeep but i wish u tried it first 2wd, then 4wd unlocked before u went all in with 4wd and all locked up, but still a great video.
Tools and tricks are nice but you could have done the same thing just by burying your spare tire into the sand. Then run a strap thru the holes in the rim.
Yes but that spare tire also weighs over 100lbs so imagine mounting it back on the tire carrier by yourself
I have a winch, Bubba Rope, and plan to get Maxtrax for sand situations 👍
that's actually smart, well done
in my opinion land anchors are more effective .. the more you pull it the deeper it digs no need for you yourself to dig the hole... granted the deadman is much better for storage ... but under very harsh conditions the land anchors perform better.. good review nonetheless.
Did you ever think about just putting into 4WD Low before digging the hole?
Did you ever think that the purpose of the video was to show how the product works?
Came here because of Omi, staying because of a winch!
Good vid.

Danforth boat anchor! works well, digs itself in, doesn't really rust, collapses a little except it doesn't collapse like that.
Amazing demonstration, this Jeep is my dream car,no Lambo,or ferrari .Just a 392 black. But here in Holland it' s fucking expensive due tax.
I didn’t think that bag would hold and anchor a heavy JK. But it did. Lockers helped a lot. Nice instructional video.
Thanks man. The manufacturer claims you can even wrap the product around a boulder if you want to for the winch.
Well, that is really useful product no doubt, but suppose don't have it. In this case you can dig the spare tire and hang the winch in it.
Will come in handy when my Gladiator Rubicon gets here........
I get that youre trying to brag and get attention but no one cares about the jeep that you dont have
caden key If I wanted to “brag” I would talk about my Dodge Demon sitting in my garage. Fooking Hater🤣🤣
I dont see much on the jeep to make it $90,000. What suspension set-up do you have
There's no way it's close to $90k. More like $65k
@MoneyPit Jku yea they sure can, but this one didn't. Unless of course they overpaid for the vehicle and upgrades.

JEEP - JUST EMPTYING EVERY POCKET. 😳
Let all four tires down to 15 to 20 psi. Mine will go anywhere
Should have spent some cash on max traxx..I use them on my prius when I go to the dunes
Liked and subscribed to your channel for being safe and thoughtful AND for giving brief explanations of why you do certain things
Sand anchor is also pretty handy for situations like this
Nice demonstration of using the product. Very similar to a sand anchor, but those are big and heavy.
Thank You for understanding the purpose of the video. Some people want to see all 4 tires buried 6 feet for a simple demonstration 😂
What would I do if I get a 2.6 ton hummer h2 stuck 😂
Do an updated wall around of your jeep and the modifications you have done.
Cool vid but you drive a 90k rwd Jeep? Or am I wrong?

It's fun to watch. I will not dig once there is an easier way. How can you do it alone without a winch?
Damn that definitely might come in handy
An old trick is to bury the spare. Same principal
Yea but lifting my spare that weighs over 100lbs would suck lol But it’s an option
@@2010svtraptor If I got stuck in sand, all alone, no maxtrax, tide coming in fast - use my shovel, bury floor mats under tires, hope for the best.
Also, taking my spare off and back on alone was a one and done experience last month while adjusting the carrier.😆
Really a good trick !
That's dope man i always liked those Rubicon jeep as we'll.
Well i guess since u turned on your front lock and your front wheel werent stuck at all that was enough to pull u over but anyway you did some sport digging
That's dope. Key is to just be prepared when you off roading obviously. Nice vid👍🏽
I almost called this bullshit until he got out of the Jeep and used the remote... I think this actually works
Stuck himself in 2wd and unstuck in 4wd low range. Front tire werent even digged in the sand
I don’t need it , I got a TACOMA TRD OFF ROAD , I’ll leave it to the the Jeep’s , colorado, canyon ranger etc 🤣🤣✌️✌️
I much prefer videos where people get themselves out of the sh1t without yet another gadget.
This doesn’t help my Jeep fever at all. 😂 very cool bro. 👍
Haha thanks bro
Like at the same time that is a very good idea might have to buy one for this summer even though we don’t got much sand around here besides the beach up here in upper peninsula mostly mud and some crawling
How’s that a 90k Jeep ? What motor and axels do u have ?
that looked easy. cool video
thats awesome! great vid
This is pretty cool
Excellent video!! Thank you for sharing!
🙏
After all, the winch almost didn't pull ...
You can see how the front tire took off at 6:15
Jeep is straight up ready for the apocalypse 😂 great video
😂😂
get the spaor wheel bury it with winch tied to it and pull it out
You can simply just use the spare tire like people have been doing for years the same way. And buy extra gear that’s not needed.
You could do that but my spare tire also weighs over 100lbs and you run the risk of causing some damage to the wheel. Personally i prefer this method it’s faster and more convenient.
I was stuck at a Delaware beach,Same one in my picture, good thing a fellow jeep driver was near by to pull me out.

Hi Which Winch are you using?
Great video man!!
I'm liking those fenders, who makes them?
Diesel engine jeeps can unstuck themselves on stock xD
That's what I'm looking at but worried about getting a first gen diesel.

Creo que el sistema diferencial de un Rubicon es malo por eso no es un Jeep de alta exigencia
